Kamala Harris is one of the worst people ever to attain national office, and since this seems to be the week that the mainstream press is turning on her, it seems like a great time to start a megathread.

Hillary's problem is that she's constantly got a finger in the wind. If gay marriage polls at 49%, marriage is between a man and a woman; if gay marriage is at 51%, love is love. Bill managed to ride this wire fence, but he has natural charisma and a smooth speaking style. Watching Bill speak, I don't feel like he thinks the American people are morons. Hillary is surprisingly okay when she's speaking in a situation where she feels free to be smart, but for some reason, these situations rarely happen when she's speaking to the public. Watching her talk to Rachel Maddow, for example, it's obvious that her "real" personality is closer to Lisa Simpson than she would like to admit, but in any kind of a stump speech situation, it's all platitudes and pandering. You want to know whether she's full of shit at any given minute, look at how fast she talks. There's also the problem that the Clinton family is kind of like Meghan Markle's impression of the royal family, where it's a business and everything is managed, but unlike the royals, everyone around them has a finger in the pie. Nominating her was a generational self-own on the part of the dems in 2016.

Kamala is a pure sociopath. She's going to run in 2024 and she's gonna get blown out of the water for the same reasons Hillary was blown out of the water twice, and the dems will learn nothing from it.

I'd love to see a woman president, but Kamala is the devil and I hope people wake up to it.

Honestly, the only way Republicans can do long term is play the identity politics game to expose just how full of shit the Dems are, even use their own talking points about lived experiences and other such ID-Pol BS.

Just his mere presence, online or outside, triggers the fuck out of the media, regardless of what he's doing or saying. These are the same people that keep hiding behind bushes spying on his golf games to see if he even sneezes differently.

All he has to do is let the media make the same mistakes they had made, and continue to make even now, and he'll be fine. Their reputation, outside of braindead zombies that can't think for themselves, is tarnished to high hell.

The real battle is with the politicians themselves, specially the ones that have current power. Nancy Pelosi being one big example, considering she always tried to make his life a living hell and prevented him from doing what he wanted to do.

Then there's the fact that after Jan 6 his fanbase got divided. Some of them felt betrayed and used, especially after he went splitsville right after Capitol Hill when before he was fighting tooth and nail to set things right with the votes. If Trump wants to get back in office, he's going to have to work TWICE as hard to get people back on his side.

I know we live in full clown-world now, but I would honestly be shocked in 2024 if Kamala even won the nomination. It would have to see a scenario where nobody else runs against her as if she were the incumbent president. There would have to be some wink-wink nudge-nudge deals going on.

TBH, at the time of the Capitol Hill incident I don't even know if he was in any position of power to make any statement.

Staffers for Vice President Kamala Harris took to Twitter to show off a post-Fourth of July BBQ hosted at Naval Observatory amid reports of a tumultuous atmosphere in the West Wing.

The party held on Thursday came just days after reports surfaced detailing low morale in the vice president’s office.

A report by Politico last week detailed 22 interviews from current and former White House staffers who depicted a tense scene of infighting in Harris’ office, describing the working atmosphere as "tense and at times dour."

Harris, along with her husband Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, appeared in pictures posted to social media with roughly 60 White House aides, surrounded by blue-and-white checkered tablecloths, food and glasses of what appeared to be wine.

"What an honor to be at the Vice President’s residence with incredible colleagues for a post-July 4th BBQ," personal aid to the vice president, Opal Vadhan said in a tweet. "As always an honor to work on a team that looks like America."

Harris’ chief spokesperson Symone Sanders joined in and posted more than a dozen photos of herself with her colleagues.

"Tonight the Vice President and Second Gentlemen hosted the team at their home. The food was good and the people were amazing," she wrote.

Other members from Harris’ press team, including Peter Velz, Rachel Palermo and Vince Evans, posted photos of the indoor BBQ-style event.

Despite negative reporting of the management of Harris’ office from anonymous sources, the vice president’s chief spokesman defended the reportedly toxic workplace atmosphere.

"People are cowards to do this this way," she told Politico last week. We are not making rainbows and bunnies all day. What I hear is that people have hard jobs, and I’m like, ‘welcome to the club,’" Sanders said.

"We have created a culture where people, if there is anything anyone would like to raise, there are avenues for them to do so," she added.

Things are getting very serious between Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

Speaking on “The Cats Roundtable” radio show hosted by John Catsimatidis, political strategist Dick Morris said Biden’s aides are leaking stories criticizing Harris because they are concerned she will invoke the 25th Amendment in an attempt to remove the president from office.

Morris began by citing a New York Times article that “talks about how Harris is not ready for prime time. She was antagonizing her staff. She screwed up on the trip to the border.”

Morris, a former adviser to President Bill Clinton, said he thinks the leak for the story “must have undoubtedly come from the Biden forces.”

Morris said that this makes sense, because:

“The rumor I keep hearing from sources close to the White House is that Biden is getting worse. That the dementia is really becoming noticeable and harder to control and harder to camouflage. I believe there may be a move coming to invoke the 25th Amendment against Biden and replace him with Harris.”

“Biden’s people are pushing back against it by shooting at Harris and saying that she’s not really ready to be president,” Morris said.

Morris said it’s clear to him the leaks to the NYT came from Biden’s allies because “the only reason for them to do that [is to push back] against the 25th Amendment coup.”

Morris added that “the Democrats are realizing they’re cooked in 2022… They will lose the House. The Senate, they might also lose. I think that there is a sense of panic among Democrats.”
