Do you mostly focus on getting as big as possible for aesthetic reasons or do you do a full body workout, ie cardio in addition to lifting?

Thats a quite interesting question actaully.. All 5 main characters in those movies seem to be affected by women. The women have a big part of how the main characters behave. As in American Psycho, Patrick Bateman feels he has to oppress women in order to convince himself that he's not homosexual. He struggles to find peace and tend to burst out in a blood lust simply because he hates everything about himself and therefore every person around him.

I spent 3 years of my bodybuilding 'career' to build my body in order to become what i think is good looking.

Now i focus on becoming stronger in the gym, my size will stay the same. But im not focusing on becoming bigger and bigger I must say

I do cardio, last year i ran 21km / half marathon in 1 hour and 2 minutes. So im not one of those obsessed bodybuilders.
