Injecting testosterone can potentially do two things:
1. Ruin the natural testosterone production in the body, leading to an overflow of estrogen in the blood (and a new pair of tits);
2. Ruin the reproductive system, causing sterility.
For some reason I don't think the fitmisc guys know what they're doing, so it's highly possible at least one of them has already got their own mammaries or rendered themselves sterile due to incorrect steroid usage.
