Clownfish TV / Thomas & Kambrea Pratt / Kneon & Geeky Sparkles - The Self-Proclaimed Nemeses of Kevin Smith, Profiting off of Nerd Outrage, Part of the Fandom Menace, Gaslit by a Cartoon

Oh boy another video on fucking High Guardian Spice.
:/

even tho it got already confirm from Twitter.
These guys are the only people that I've seen so far that care this much about High Guardian Spice in 2021.

If they just shut up and not give this show traction, it would be fade into background noise against the another Gravity Falls, Steven Universe, or generic magical girl wannabes. But no, you gonna generate outrage for dem clicks.

It's been several years now and High Guardian Spice still finds a way to bother them. They convinced themselves for a while that Crunchyroll shelved it, but now realize that series that, in their own words, "nobody cares about" is finally being released. And why all the backlash in the first place? "Not anime enough". But when Star Wars takes a drastic shift into anime despite being an American product, somehow THAT is perfectly acceptable to do.

Gotta love the hypocrisy.

So th
I’ll detail when I get home and have the screen caps on hand. But their server had a bunch of wack baskets that would make the most BIZARRE of claims, then absolutely LOSE IT when you ask them for a shred of evidence for any of them.

Most of them ran out screaming (I’ll elaborate later if anyone wants…..that’s a WILD story in and of itself) but there’s a few still left.

Edit: Still want to expand on the story, but I’ll wait until the farms are stable again. Sorry for the delay!

Sometimes. That specific dude is in his 20's. He also got super mad because people wouldn't drop what they were doing and work on his "Sonic SATAM-Inspired" concept for free. A concept he didn't have anything solid for, and his designs are, uh.....bad.

....to same adult not really having a grasp on historical reality....

Like, I've got some STORIES here. My only issue is that telling them is very much so centered around me, and I'm not the topic of this thread. So if you guys wants some stories after a few more topic-focused posts, let me know!

This really does feel like a bizarro SJW thing, complaining about a race swap of a minor character that existed 500 years prior to when the OG He-Man series takes place. Actually not even the original series, just the 2002 reboot

No, this one I'll give them. But not because of some "woke" nonsense, but because I KNOW the writer is a lazy loser.

God forbid you have to rise to the challenge of expanding on Clamp Champ. No, instead, they'll just throw a character with no place in the story in, and change his race.
Look, generally I don't tend to care about changing of a character's race. I've been on record about this. But it's pretty clear to me THIS choice is done out of laziness. Clamp Champ is RIGHT THERE and could REALLY use some spotlight.
But we can't do that now, can we? No, we'll just throw in a character that absolutely disrupts the entire narrative of the original story this ALLEGEDLY continues, and do this because they're lazy.
I'm glad I never had faith in this show.
If you're so concerned about making a more prominent character Black, then do it with He-Man. But you won't. Because you're a coward and your standards are only surface-level. What a joke.

To be honest if the show has to do with the sword and such then wouldn't it make sense of King Grayskull plays a role even in flashback form? Also personally I do hate when ancestral characters are just carbon copies of the main character, it doesn't give them much individuality and can be as equally lazy

They've said several times that this is supposed to be a continuation of the original story.

King Grayskull in an invention of the 200X continuity, and disrupts, if not outright overrides, aspects of the original lore. While it was fine for the 200X continuity, his inclusion in an alleged continuation just tells me these writers have no idea what they're doing. The Power of Grayskull was conceptualized to be nebulous, and a power than could ultimately be utilized by either side. That's why Skeletor WANTS IT so bad.

Condensing the Power of Grayskull to ultimately be sourced from an ancestor removes that aspect of the lore completely.

I think it's best to wait then to see what the show fully entails. The character could very well exist still but the Power is still the same as in the original series

Technically black
These fucking morons. By this logic every human on earth is technically "black" because the homo sapiens came from africa. Also dark skin =/= black.

These clowns must have some braindead subhumans in their ancestral line which means they are also technically braindead subhumans.

The entertainment industry does not deserve benefit of the doubt. It’s ALWAYS pozzed garbage that shouldn’t be touched, until proven otherwise.

Trust shouldn’t be freely given - it’s earned, and it can be lost. If you trust Netflix to handle this with respect to the source material, you’re probably not very good at pattern recognition.

But we can't have a hate boner for everything, it's not constructive. Again it's best to wait and see what happens

“Based on their previous history of shitting out pozzed garbage, this will more likely than not be pozzed garbage” isn’t a hate-boner, it’s just being realistic. Fans are completely justified in having zero faith in Netflix and the creative team.

None of this “wait and see” fence-sitting bullshit, that’s how you get consoomers guzzling shit like the Blandalorian simply because everything around it is so shitty that “just okay” starts looking like high art. If they want the fan’s trust, they can earn it like everyone else by putting out a good product that respects the source material. Until then, skepticism is the only correct response, because all evidence points to this being pozzed garbage like most of Netflix’s productions.

I mean if you want to be constantly depressed at the fact that nothing will be good until it's actually out then that's on you I guess. It's not a good outlook on stuff really and you end up like Clownfish TV and the Quartering

Kevin Smith is hitting back again and Clownfish TV is seething once again

I… don’t give a single shit about Western media at this point, and I haven’t been happier.

I guess you might be under the impression that I actually CARE about He-man, which I don’t. Even if this is good I won’t be watching it because it’s not something that interests me. But I’m just here to watch the trashfire and state the obvious fact that Netflix shits out pozzed garbage all the time, so you’d be crazy to think that surely THIS time will be different.

I care about He-Man. But "wait and see" rarely, if ever, works out.

I don't care for Clownfish's videos, but that's no excuse to not be critical just to spite them. That franchise has been ran by idiots for a good long time now.
