FFS isn't a single surgery, it's a range of surgeries. Contra went to Dr. Spiegel's clinic which offers jaw contouring (shaving down the bone on the sides of the jaws) as well as chin implants and sliding genioplasties (where they cut into the bone on the chin and slide it into a different position). They also offer rhinoplasty (nose job) and forehead contouring (reducing the size of the brow bone or introducing fillers to balance it out). Contra describes it as "top shelf FFS" that was a bit over budget, so probably there were a few procedures.

Theryn was always built like a brick. Being a HSTS doesn't protect you from being a hon. Even Blaire White is shaped like a Dorito on toothpicks. Probably made Contra feel a bit more confident.

Despite being young when he trooned, there is no real evidence that "Theryn" is a HSTS in the same way that "Blaire White" is. Id put Theyrn in the early-onset AGP category, kind of like RGR, that's why I think he and Hontra got along so well. Some may be confused as Theyrn was engaged to another man when Nyk entered his life, so it would seem he would fit a homosexual profile. There's also a bunch of evil eyes. Evil eyes are supposed to deflect negative energy. The cultures that use them are often in the context of someone being envious of e.g. how pretty your little girl is, and then that envy curses the little girl if that energy isn't displaced.

There also seems to be a reference to the Evil Queen cursing Snow White (because she was envious of how beautiful she was) with a poisoned apple, while a monochrome Contra has green eyes (as in green eyed, like green with envy).

I'd assume the video is about people being spiteful because they're jealous of you.
