My guess is the disconnected elites think that going out to ice cream shops is the current, hip, working class american tradition, and they think its a great press event to show that Biden is grounded with the people.
Of course, in reality, the working class is either terrified of going outside for fear of covid, or the right wing working type who's intake of ice cream is in some ill-considered bud lite float. The fact they keep pushing it as if its a big deal every time tells me they think its working for someone. I mean, remember Pelosi's Ice Cream Drawer that she flexed over the plebians last year?

In fairness, the ability to have access to a repository where blueprints are stored rather than have them on a physical sheet of paper does provide numerous benefits, not least of which being that it’s harder to lose them, you can make sure everyone is looking at the same version, and it’s easier to manipulate them to look at.
That said, it’s also not like this is a new idea. My father, when he was working in a similar field had an app that allowed him to share blueprints and even attach photographs to parts of them to show things that needed repairs or changes along certain segments. And that was a decade ago.
