Dave doesn't understand why EMP pulses don't straight up kill humans. It's possible, and there is some validity to his claim that it can kill, but his reasoning is off.
First of all, our nervous system is not run on electricity, it's moreso chemical signals used by our neurons and nervous system.
Secondly, the human body, including the brain itself, is a poor conductor of electricity. A simple pulse won't break our body apart.
