The incident took place in Manitoba, Canada. The victim was a 19-year-old Indigenous woman. Two minors were arrested but their identities have never been revealed due to Canadian laws.

This looks like it was intentional. You see the bus driver turn the wheel to the left inside the bus, then when you see the bus on the bridge there's no overcorrecting. He just takes a sharp left right over the bridge. It looks like he was fed up with his job anyway.
