Women and men smell different, even if we aren't consciously aware of it. Our olfactory organs relay information to our brains all the time and we react without necessarily knowing why. Just because humans don't use scent as obviously as other animals do, we still are animals and our "instincts" still work fine. - Male
- Female
- UNISEX

Okay. Now I'm even more grossed out if this is true. I look at their website and don't see this specifically advertised however I do see that they have kids areas and allow children
 
Just because you have fucked someone of the same sex doesn't mean you're gay. If you weren't attracted to them or disliked it because they were the same sex you're not gay. The most power move you can do to prove your heterosexuality is fuck the same sex because then you can say without a doubt "i am straight"

It appears "Signature Saunas" are sort of like mini sauna booths. So the common areas where you need to wear clothes are co-ed, but the majority of facilities are on no-clothes mandatory sex segregated floors.

It does undermine the argument that's been getting made that "No trans woman would expose herself in a changing room because she'd be scared", since the trans woman would know it was no-clothes allowed. Any trans customer would presumably opt to go there as a political statement and/or to deliberately expose themselves.

I'm genuinely sorry that happened to you, Yachie, and I hope you are getting help for it. Same to any other kiwi who was abused. You deserve to get help and get better.

I know a lot of women who thought they were lesbians (but later were just bisexual) because they were abused by men, or denied gayness because they were abused by the same sex. I think it can go both ways because abuse fucks with your mind and genetic profile. It can trigger cluster B issues like BPD( being the most common), cause psychosomatic pain, lack of trust, it can cause you to shut off parts of your brain from working because most victims dissociate to cope with repeat abuse. I think a general consensus is that it just fucks you up for life and is bad. I've seen people's sexuality be swayed both ways or confused in both ways by abuse so I don't think it's a good indicator for sexuality.

I didn't realize it was so extensive and luxurious, I was imagining more of just a sauna and hot tub situation. The thing that strikes me is how absolutely, one hundred percent this type of place will be killed as soon as it starts letting AGPs flounce in. 'Beauty and grooming stations' sounds like the type of place moms take their daughters to for a day out together. And it's not just a boring steam room , it is a whole floor of naked women and girls. A dream for perverts. Once it's certain that there is no guarantee that perves and pedos are being kept out, who in the hell would take their kid or friend or mom to this (probably not cheap) place?

I can guarantee most of the people protesting on the trans side of things don't have the type of disposable income to support places like this en masse, either.

Oh well. Why let women have nice things when the feelings of entitled white men are at stake?

Yep jimjilbang are very common in Korea (generally not as fancy) and they're all about sex-segregated nudity (they consider it unhealthy to wear clothes/swimsuits in the temperature rooms, and it's seen like you might be suspiciously covering up some sort of gross contagious skin condition if you go into the water in a swimsuit). Same deal as Japanese onsen, sex segregated and mandatory nudity.

It's in Koreatown so was presumably set up to cater to the Korean diaspora, and other people found it was nice and started going too. And then in bops a trans woman who has no regard for the Korean cultural traditions surrounding nudity in jimjilbang and just sees it as a sex segregated space she should enter (either as a statement or to be a perv). The incident apparently happened in the steam room, which means the trans woman could have gone to the co-ed sauna booths but chose to specifically go to the women's one.

And now people online are saying "If you don't want to see a penis, then don't go to a nude sauna", but then that just means Korean women can't go to their Korean jimjilbangs in Koreatown.
 
PL — have been to this spa, and not only are the gender-segregated floors 100% totally nude (both sexes are covered in the sauna/snack bar/TV/library area) you also have the option to buy a massage/body scrub; I’d bet money he was angling to have an employee touch him, but at least the massage rooms hold several customers at once so he couldn’t get alone with a masseuse.

This isn't the first time trannies have tried to stampede into nude female spas either. I remember it happening in Toronto, Canada circa 2017.

A woke, danger-haired, Lib-fem gender Nazi tried to bring her "wife" (biological male with a penis who feels giggly) to the only nude female baths/spas in the city. Literally this whole business is entirely about letting women lounge around in pools and jacuzzis naked with no men. So of course, Troons and their handlers immediately expect to bust down the door and use media to create a shitstorm for small business owners if they dare say no.
Much to their rage, the business owner held firm and stated all post-op Troons are welcome, but the Spa has a no penis policy due to the sensitive nature of the concept. They would risk alienating their entire customer base to be politically correct. And so, for months, Trans activists and Lefty media tried to destroy the business which is run by a single mother in an incredibly expensive city.

To my knowledge, the spa didn't experience much financial loss.
