It feels like, to me, and I know this will sound redundant given that most of this thought can be derived simply from the way things operate, social media and the validation stimulus is starting to delude people into not just thinking they're smart, but thinking they're beyond this petty insular mainstream thought to the point where they think they know the universe from the very atoms that make them up. I feel like that's why there's so much social justice and ugly women in video games and mainstream media because they're so spoiled from validation, they actually think they're deconstructing a societal construct and using their big brained beyond the universe thinking to ascend this media consumption from basic junk food people play for fun, to an art form worthy of praise and in depth analysis. It could also be because they're ugly themselves and project their insecurities onto those forms of media thinking that it's all insular mainstream thinking that explains away why they're lonely, depressed, and married to some useless working class man who's simply not pulling in enough money or they're not married at all.

It could also be why "LGBTQIA+" or "Queerness" is so popular nowadays whereas the Gen Z adopts this superficially with an almost plastic sheen for no other reason other than just to fit in to one of those weird nerdy cliques, Millenials are so deluded from their validation complexes, they think the shock and controversy is profound or breaking the barriers. That's why it scares me that kids are getting this stuff shoved down their throat and it's not because they think they're doing good, but because they legitimately think that pissing off children's parents is a sign of higher intelligence and that media coverage and controversy reinforces their validity need which can lead to very dangerous concepts like Pedophilia and Necrophilia and Beastiality to become accepted because that gets the most controversy and media views. That's why drag queens are pushed to be the representatives of the LGBTQIA+ because the more ugly or shocking something looks to these people, the more exposure it gets from normal people gawking at it because two normal looking men in a relationship isn't shocking.
