Nene's acting style has big children's TV presenter energy and honestly it can get annoying. She's toned it down to behaving like a weird hyper girl, but in her older clips she just acts like she's trying to entertain a bunch of 5-year-olds. Imagine simping for someone who treats her audience like a sped class :story:

Judging from the animated trailer and her character design, they are really emphasizing on that particular part of her lore too.
wouldn't it be funny if that's Cover's excuse for having two people operating the same avatar. Irys.JPG

So it was the EN vsinger in the end, makes sense realistically first. But now raises another question. Time to put on that thinking cap.

1. How many days apart was the EN vsinger announcement compared to the EN Gen2 announcement? Might give an indication when Gen2 might arrive.

2. Is the potential candidates for Gen2 so stacked that their having a hard time trying to decide who to take on?

So I checked and she has several cover videos with millions of view? And the Renai Circulation one is over than 100 Millions? Good God, if she really is Irys, Cover just bagged a good talent. I was expecting they will take singer-songwriter but since Kanata just showed her talent as one, even just a singer is good too.

Note however considering the age of her channel and her interest, she's either in her mid 20s or early 30s, possibly even older

Botan and Nene are the two breakout girls from Gen 5. If both of them can stay true to their strength, and covers their weakness with their teamwork with their fellow genmate, Gen 5 might become a new force one equal with Gen 3

I dont get the point of a vsinger, even AZKi ended up wanting to stream games and do some of the regular vtuber stuff
Suisei isnt a vsinger and she's massively prolific at releasing songs

Lamy is by a very wide margain the most successful of gen 5
