I don't know if it was someone here, or a different site talking about Califag relatives, where they mentioned that to their idiot relatives car break-ins, theft, and car jackings were just seen as normal and to be expected. When they explained thatin their small town such things were near unheard of, the Califags either didn't understand or began spouting off about how there's culture and boutiques and restaurants in California.

Honestly that article written by a New Yorker who visited the benighted, barren wastes of Chicago and Detroit and was surprised when he found that they were normal cities (that existed outside of New York! Who knew?!?) could've equally applied to any Californian I've ever met. There's California, a vast empty wasteland of nothing and then New Yrok.

Great point. Critical theory is honestly the most Western, decadent thing you could imagine; the idea that it is a tool for the oppressed is already wearing thin as its hegemony in elite circles becomes more obvious. It is power, wielded against the classes it seeks to liberate, and has to be disarmed by its own logic. If they don't want to do so, they are experiencing their own internal fragility, and they can be made to play by their own rules.

I think Rufo has a good strategy because the left plays word games so much, so by telling people in advance how they're going to change the words/definitions, people are more-rapidly-than-usual flushing out the disingenuousness. They were forced to say they weren't teaching it in schools and a week later insist it HAD to be taught in schools. It's easier to bury their switches when there's some time between them, when you can act like "the science evolved," but this is truly wackadoodle.
