I've been wondering if he understood how serious his situation was. The PAC might have been the straw that broke the camel's back. They probably put up with his bragging about going to brothels because few people read his Facebook page. But now he's on record as supporting something the Mormon Church is fundamentally opposed to. Particularly since Russ has bizarre notions about how brothels and escorts operate, they might have just washed their hands of him. We know he blew a lot of money on his Yovanna video and his AGT audition video, so maybe he's scrambling for cash because his parents cut him off. The episode a few weeks where he thought he was going to get a lot of money from his coin and book from Dennis Hof might have been a sign he's desperate for money. Wonder if the gambling addiction kicked in quicker than we thought? His parents can't be thrilled that he's going to the devil's own casinos.

Russell's adoptive parents truly have the patience of saints for sticking around as long as they did. I personally would have disowned him after his second frivolous lawsuit. The fact that they've enabled him for this long shows that they're either incredibly generous or incredibly stupid. Maybe both.

I think my favorite part of his bizarre filing against Null was where he said he wrote a letter to the judge saying his actions didn't constitute harassment. So in his mind, he did nothing wrong. It shows his poor theory of mind that he thinks because he says a thing is a certain way, it is, and no one can disagree. Of course, confessing your crimes to the judge in your case isn't a good idea which may be why he was pressured into pleading guilty since the lawyer probably told his parents if it went to trial like he wanted, he would almost certainly face jail time.

He wanted a jury trial because he thought he could give a big speech about how it was just a misunderstanding and he's innocent and his plights and on and on. His lawyer made him shut up and take the plea and the letter was Russ's way of giving his speech that would have totally acquitted him if he'd been allowed to speak.

I don't think he's violated his parole but Pipsqueak has gone silent for periods of time before when things got too hot for him. I'm thinking it's something to do with his PAC only because that's the last real big thing he did recently. Maybe it's attracted too much attention of the negative sort and he's gone silent in the hopes that people will move on.

While legalizing/decriminalizing sex work is something I support, Russ is the 100% wrong guy to be the face of the movement. Just reading his postings it's clear he hates women and only views them as valuable if they're attractive. Someone with a guilty plea on record of harassing a woman is not someone I'd pick to lead a legal effort to remove sex work restrictions.
