I would say that his doctor would be glad of his dropping to two zero sugar sodas a day over drinking a 24 pack every 12 hours. That said, if he's still eating 3k+ calories a day it is like going to Mcdonalds and ordering the whole menu and a diet coke.

At his weight eating 3k calories would most likely result in weight loss.
The amount of calories he burns with his labored breathing and hoisting that frame of his to the toilet twice a day would be immense.
He's 4K+ easily.

I say there's a solid 3-5 days a week he counts calories. Earlier this year you can tell he had just gotten done talking with Alan Roberts of EveryDamnDayFitness and 'started his diet'. It last only a few days at most before he sits at home and has the following conversation with himself
"Hey Steven, this is your brain Boogie2988, I know we just started this diet but let's be honest, we both know YOU won't stay on it, (remember Farms, he's not his brain) Think of all the terrible food WE deserve Boogie, think of all the trauma we exaggerated about to get the millions of views and clicks as pity views together, hell, we even tricked a pretty girl into marrying us based on the victimhood we fostered. We don't have much longer here so let's eat some terrible food together and only enjoy it for a few minutes before we sit back and wonder why we ate it in the first place. We lost all our friends, lost our career, lost interest in our hobby's and worst of all, lost everyones respect. We have nothing left except our taste buds, eat it Boogie"...

He might count calories sometimes but in that shitty estimating kind of way. He will round down of course and just take the minimum value for things (like using the caloric value for a slice of cheese pizza as base while eating meat lovers pizza). Also when youre his size and are facing health issues you need to pay attention to fat intake and sodium, which tons of death fats seem to ignore. Theyll eat a box of fat/sugar free or low carb snack cakes under the assumption its healthy.
Overall when it comes to making healthy decisions I dont even think Boogie goes that deep into it, he has stated that eating like shit makes him happy. He most likely does mental gymnastics that his online antics warrant a treat due to all the stress it creates him and he deserves it because hes such a persecuted soul. A lot of pathological liars like Boogie also tend to double down and make their stories seem even more extravagant than they really are so people can really understand how the individual themselves feel about the situation. What might be a normal pain in the ass situation for most people, Boogie has to make it seem like a horrible event.

Normally you can count on Twitter for a freakout over that shit. It would have been pretty great to see him get shit for that in context of his comment that misgendering should be a crime. Either he would have to admit he purposefully called Chris a dude despite the trooning out years ago or admit he lied and hasn't regularly been »checking in on« Chrischan like he claimed.
He seethes about every lie he gets caught and called out on and can't weasel out of. Look at how often he still voluntarily and spontaneously brings up the race rudder Debacle. It still chaps his fat ass.

He hyped it up and sounded excited to have his safe space where he can remain fixated on any and all mentions of his name online while slowly dying in front of his viewers. Of course later on he retroactively painted the entire ordeal as a galaxy brain 200 IQ move serving as a honeypot intending to lure out anyone not sucking his dick only to ban them on sight. I've seen that "Nocturnalwalrus" account a few times and it's actually whoever used to run the fake "Philminator" account.
Philminator is one of Boogie's simps, who as you can tell from his Twitter bio is definitely the type of person who would simp for Boogie. Someone made a fairly convincing alt of him by simply changing one letter in their Twitter handle and actually had Boogie DM the account.
When I checked the "NocturnaiWalrus" account, it had the same pinned tweet posted by the fake Philminator account. I hope that all makes sense as sounds confusing typing it out.
Checking the "NocturnaiWalrus" account comes up with nothing now, but it's easy to find a changed Twitter handle if you do a Twitter search of the old username and check people's replies to the account:

For the record, the real NocturnalWalrus is back up and running after a brief hiatus (No activity since June 14):
Before "NocturnaiWalrus" changed their handle, they were confronted by the real NocturnalWalrus.

TLDR: Someone made a fake account of a Boogie alt, Boogie saw this and decided to log back into this account to defend the alt and then simp for himself.

What a coincidence that Boogie returns to twitter on his @NocturnalWalrus alt account (after disabling it) within <12 hours of making his own account @NightlyGirl4 private. Really makes you think. My theory is that the rush he gets from exposing himself to those of us looking is too good for him to ignore (i.e- adding "rofl" to the end of tweets, "not a Boogie alt account" in several alt's bios, all of the "thanks, me!" responses, etc), but eventually it wears off and Boogie is forced to reckon with the fact that even though his followers are retarded, they're not as dumb as he is and so they too are able to see right through it. When this happens, he conveniently locks the alt he exposed himself on and returns to twitter on his other primary sockpuppet that he has had disabled since 6/14 - and all within a single day.
What is also a coincidence, is that NocturnalWalrus tweeted for the first time in an entire month just 4 minutes after Boogie tweeted.
Weird, huh. Except it's not at all, this same pattern regarding when these two accounts are active and tweeting has always followed the exact same formula, and these tweets are no exception. Boogie's alt, the NocturnalWalrus account, has always sent their first tweet of the day just moments after Boogie has tweeted his. The same goes for their final tweets of the night (7:00 A.M.~ Arkansas time). In this next tweet exchange, only 2 minutes had elapsed between the first tweet and Boogie's own reply from his alt. Steven wants you to believe he has an army of e-girls blowing off work, school, family, relationships, and life's priorities simply to idolize him on twitter. This man really is that retarded.

Boogie knows that we know, that much is obvious. He has the blessing of a retarded fanbase who are not autistically analyzing the patterns of his tweet timelines, but for some reason he can not help himself but immediately sperging about KiwiFarms the moment he reactivates what I believe is his favorite alt account. In a weird way, Steven is so far gone that he's actually adopted the @NocturnalWalrus persona himself. A month has gone by with this account disabled where he could have been spending his riches (the $600k in crypto he said he cashed out in March) and enjoying himself and his final couple years, but instead his life is so boring he had to reactivate his primary alt after purposefully exposing himself on one of his backups just to fan the flames of his ongoing dispute with anyone who sees who he really is.
Boogie is so fucked up that he thinks a young, hot, e-girls have Twitter timelines that actually look like this below.
