Yea I think its crunches. In the beginning I tried following her count thinking she was doing sit ups and I had to go fast af to keep up with her yet she sounded so casual counting it.

She just reached 300 and sounds pretty winded. Nene dances alot so I'm guessing she is probably one of the fittest holo members.

Suisei comment in their 3D Karaoke collab that Nene have way too much energy and can do weird move without getting winded at all. Suisei can dance while singing, so she's relatively fit, but she still lack stamina. Real idol who got past the grueling training everyday just built differently.

That's true I guess it's not a fair comparison when Nene was an actual idol and everyone else for the most part are shut ins.

Edit; Her breathing didnt sound right at all for a good minute was legit worried she was about to pass out or something.
