I guess I'll be "nice" enough just to give a basic answer to your original question: "What do I do to keep her from tracking me down?"

Get rid of your social media. She can't "stalk" you if she can't go onto profiles you own that people are able to publically access. If you don't want to get rid of your socials, then do what everyone else seems to forget: MAKE YOUR PROFILES PRIVATE. You can do this on Instagram, you can keep your Facebook profile information private, either only to yourself or only to the people you've allowed to be in your friends list. It really isn't that hard.

Oh yeah, and if this bitch really is going out of her way to find you physically and start fights, all it takes is an easy "911" call. The police usually give more of a fuck about the person who makes the call anyway. Restraining orders work wonders as well.

Stop pretending like you have "no other options".
