I like how the comic is trying to depict Thor as chill and accepting but instead it comes across as a big brother who just doesn't want to deal with his autistic brother's dumb phases.

I remember this comic while back and my interpretation was that Thor was just going along because he knew that drama and attention were what Loki wanted. Not that he believed any of the gender nonsense but feeding into victim mentality would just make it worse. So he went being like super chill knowing that it would take wind out Loki's sails and frustrate him as much as possible. Not perfect solution but "being accepting" was the closest thing to winning he could get and he got to troll him brother without him being able to complain about it.
