I'll always suggest DA Origins to anyone into rpgs. This was made back when Bioware was pumping out banger video games left and right. It has a shit ton of DLC too if you like it enough. The only bad part of Origins is the fucking fade. That entire section is filth and if you're getting it on PC, I highly recommend getting the mod that lets you skip it entirely.

2 is shit though, they leaned into the Action part too much and I never bothered with Inquisition truth be told.

My favorite part of the lore in DA is that mages were so fucking strong, they literally went to heaven so they could fight god. They got clapped though and became the first darkspawn and now exist to blight humanity for our arrogance. DAOs lore was metal as fuck.

So the RTX panel happened. Apparently it had a Volume 9 clip where they retconned how fast Yang got yeeted by Neo to try and make RWB just standing there look less stupid.

Volume 8 Blu Ray won't be releasing until November because yep, RT is in fact so incompetent that even printing a Blu Ray is too much for them to manage.

Also they're making a side scroller with Wayforard. Looks meh.

Oh wait, you mean that's a PC and consoles game? Maybe ArcSys did make the game instead of producing it. They made it in a minute or two that is. Because it sure looks like they used their well received and beloved online lobby engine to make that incoming beast of a title.

I mean 4chan’s RWBY general has a site with a lot of shit archived. Including the Neon Konbini shit. Though to even find out it exists in the first place you either need to be on /co/ when a volume is airing or on /trash/ when it’s off season (aka no new volume is airing). RWBYG site is here and Neon-Konbini MEGA is here. Now if you guys didn’t already have a way of watching the new Chibi shorts (without FIRST membership) you do now.

I think this broke me. I can't stop laughing at how fucking bad that looks. ArcSys is a company that I think 90% of people recognize as making fucking stellar looking fighting games that look great. I'd accept an argument that Guilty Gear (1998) holds up visually. And this game looks like fucking ass.

Did you hold them up at gun point and demand a visual style worse than your anime? Did some intern come up with the style and RT are too fucking spineless to say it looks bad? Who the fuck is the blame for this? I refuse to believe that ArcSys is even involved in this.

And somehow, there'll still be something with Jaune that makes people think he's the real main character and/or Miles' self-insert. I mean, V9 is looking like an isekai setup already with the tree being after falling into a void and into what I assume is a different plane of reality.

Yeah, the second arc of the show is where things got really formulaic and showed off the problems with the racism allegory, with every episode being about a good robot and an asshole human while the implications of robots potentially stealing jobs from humans are never discussed outside of a single line. It's even worse than the Faunus storyline because the racism allegory is the driving force behind the main story.
