Dude should read up on the Rule of Thirds. Nick, if you're reading this, set up your camera such that your eyes are one-third of the way down from the top of the capture screen. Having your face right in the middle or lower makes you look short (and less interesting). Notice this is what they do with newscasters on TV news - their faces are closer to the top of the screen, not right in the middle.

So I guess I have a question to everybody in regards to Nicky's past bad legal takes. What in gods name is wrong about SLAPP laws? It's been a year since the Vic case wrapped up. And I remember the entire time and even currently Nick has done everything from question these laws effectiveness, to outright saying they're a bad thing outright. I know half that opinion relies on the fact that he probably digs the idea of clients with deep pockets paying people like him to work. Suing people out of their life savings or into a grave. But the Vic case if anything vindicated SLAPP laws. Monica, Ron, and Jamie faced years of legal battles. But laugh at Lemons all you want, he earned them only a year of hell. That their insurance helped them cover.

I can only guess that Nick hates the concept of laws protecting poor people. And that anybody who has an opinion better be prepared to protect it with a crack legal team. Or bend down and kiss the ring, or else... "Speech is free Lawyers aren't." That motto really takes a more sinister undertone if you think about it.

Nick and his ilk can kvetch, and call this take retarded all they want. But the proof is in the pudding. Whether it comes to Vics case or Ya' Boi Zack. Not a single one of these culture war cases Nicks brought up on his show has gone past a SLAPP motion. Not one!

A way better take on SLAPP's then you will ever get on RekietaLaw.
