I knew of this, according to Noble (Lost Pause) before Vshojo, Zentreya is (was?) a co-op between a couple. My theory is the girlfriend in the video left him so Zentreya, the character, lost her voice actress. The reason Zen refuses to use his voice, he claims, is that he's worried about doxxing himself but this video exists so his (and his girlfriend's) voice is out there so his reasoning makes no sense.
