Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

If memory serves me right, Trump tried to do this importation and was stonewalled. This smells more to me like it's an easy political win the establishment didn't want to give to Trump.

Alternative, its a round method of getting meds from China.

If he just outright did even his own side would have issues, -especially- given public sentiment has moved sharply against China. But Canada's government is very pro-China, can buy Chinese drugs, then sell them to the U.S. as 'Canadian".

Technically yes, practically no.

The transportation increases the price, but if the base prices were -dirt- cheap due to China having no standards at all worth the name, well...

I live in canada and yes canadian drugs are cheaper if not free. They are just called analogs and are the exact same thing as the brand name stuff it just doesnt have a brand name on it. You can buy the brand name stuff in canada but you pay. Americans pay more because you develop the drugs, then someone in canada or china figures out how the pill is made and makes an exact replica, literally the exact same thing.

American law currently doesnt allow those drugs because they say they arent as safe. Its also pushed by the drug companies hard so they keep making bank. The only problem i can see is that it will financially hurt medical research in the future.

While that account is a veritable gold mine I was hoping for some context regarding this tweet. Is he upset that Biden is doing something about the COVID? Did he never expect that Biden would have people going door to door saying "Papers please?" What is his qualm here? That somehow this was his line in the sand. Not the corruption. Not the job losses. It took the threat of people going door to door for him to say "this is too far."

But yes, they will get a few concessions but not enough to actually solve any problems.

Keep in mind, this doesn't even address the #1 biggest concern for conservatives right now, which is that not only is the Pride lobby grooming children, but they are calling anyone that says that a conspiracy theorist. Hell, that WI Spa story with the male flashing his dick at a mother and six year old is now considered a hoax by Twitter.

There is a scary number of people out there that legitimately believe that you can solve poverty by just giving all the poor people one million dollars each.
