Does anyone know what the fuck a "feltening" is? I tried looking it up and I can't figure out what it means when based PPP says it

YouTube probably ContentIDs the entire video before it "premiers" which is basically replaying a recorded video live. Some copyrighted bullshit might pop up later... just a guess.
