IIRC he got into some of this by stating "oh well doctors generally don't prescribe puberty blockers before Tanner 3 and no one would be taking it for an extended period of time anyway" (paraphrasing here) but these all happened with Jazz Jennings, look at how that turned out. There's also the obvious issue about the stynk dytch in case the failures at parenting coerce the kid into installing it - underdeveloped peen means they either get a sigmoid colon or a peritoneal pull-through, none of which sound like a good idea even when dealing with crotch butchering.
