Hard to say. I won't shit up the thread further but my point is that if this shit continues with no consequences then the site's probably gone for good. You don't need to sue every single person, I think a few of the more prominent verified accounts being dragged into court, not being able to prove that byuu is even dead or that it had anything to do with the farms, and then slapped with a criminal record would shut that shit up pretty quickly.
We might as well sued Twitter for allowing the idiots to lie about Null. What if some guy buys a knife to kill Null? At worse they murder him he'll become an hero for the internet and free speech even though this is a lolcow website. Also curious about this. Godaddy is pozzed as fuck and Gandi has an arbitrary and vague "ethics" clause in their ToS, so I understand why those are out, but I was under the impression that Epik was one of the better registrars around when it comes to free speech.
