I guess that 9 is supposed to be like a spiral, but maybe they just couldn't afford https://www.spiralfitness.com. According to all available snapshots on Wayback Machine, it just redirected to http://danceandmartialfitness.com/

Here we find that the sticks are called 'Sphere Knots'. Googling that brings up another alternative name, Kung-fu-la-hoops, which, in turn, brings up this wonderful image of Rob Moses presenting his piece of pipe to some Shaolin guy.

Also, the smaller stick was apparently called Chi Wiz, lmao.

It's another spin on the old joke that Mike bullies and dominates Rich and Rich cannot ever stand up to Mike and say no.

Mike loves Rich, he's just has be the big dog in the room.

I do think their coverage is repetitive and buries the lede somewhat.

Trekkies welcomed Abrams. Why? He destroys every franchise he's allowed near. Mainstream audiences! Billions in revenue!
