Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Supposedly they're flying to DC of all places, last time they ran to New Mexico and Oklahoma. This insurrection is 100 times worse than 1/6, I pray for the media and AOC during this ordeal.

The RINOs in Texas better get beat down and keep forcing this or figure out a way to get around this without going "aw shucks, we tried fellas"

i cant find MSM articles about what happened but judging by dates they were probably able to stay away for 7 days and MSM cant let republicans score a win.

However Democrats are flying to DC specifically because they feel they will be protected by Capitol Police/Speaker Pelosi. Honestly a power play but at a piss poor time in our Nation for Democrats. They are making themselves a news story...Democrats have to flex their power against a State Legislature to 'protect their own'...and ultimately Texas voters are getting screwed while most people are okay with things like Voter ID being Law.

3 L's for Ds. 1. Voter ID is popular (suck itttTT) 2. Democrats in federal government flexxing power to protect state Dems scares people 3. More negative news cycles for an already unpopular Administration that is now talking about forced vaccinations

Texas Democrats flee to Washington DC to avoid performing their duties, proving beyond any reasonable doubt that their party and a national-level agenda is more important to them than their home state. Any politician that flees their state to blockade the system on a technicality should be immediately removed from office, tarred, feathered and lit on fire.
