They’ve been throwing shit at the wall for years trying to find a new tent pole.

RvB still exists because that failed and, I presume, it generates enough revenue to eek out a meagre RoI which is better than nothing.

that they have consistently failed to make anything since RWBY stick is not surprising, considering their nepotistic approach to hiring writers.
If they hadn’t shitcanned Nomad after one season theres a chance it could have replaced RvB by now. I think the reason as of to why Nomad got shitcanned was because it did poorly, and for that I have no one but RT themselves to blame for putting up a few of the episodes onto youtube and then instantly stopping that and making the rest of the show exclusive to the RT site until they eventually uploaded the rest of the episodes onto youtube after the first season ended.

Way to kill a show that had a lot of potential and could have been one of RT’s last bastions of good content (in my opinion at least).

I thought the thing about Nomad was that all the money and manpower was taken away and funneled into Gen Lock.

If I recall, a lot of shit got canned or put on hold because of how much money Gen: Lock sucked out, and that was to pay the actors, nevermind the animators and artists that had worked on it.
Gray was stealing key staff and funds from other projects to fund his 12FPS Gundam knockoff.

Is Gray still working on the new Gen Lock? Because if they willingly interacted with him after he stole all that money for his shite tier show and worked his employees like slaves to get it made I never would've bothered with his stupid ass ever again.

I'm pretty sure his ass was fired at light speed, never to be heard of ever again.

They summarily fired him upon someone directly bothering Matt when he was CEO. Matt as so livid from what he heard (and the presumably large stack of receipts they kept) happened that he went straight to Gray, fired him, and had two heads installed to keep what had happened with Gray from happening again.

Despite this they hired him on to do V.A for when they animated Transformers, though it's worth noting this happened long after Matt Hollum stepped down from CEO.

RT are such cucks that they re-hired the guy who almost single handedly destroyed their animation department when it was at its peek. Even if it was just a bit VA role, that is beyond cucked.

He was probably fired for the optics, because the tactics are still somewhat in use considering the Glassdoor reviews of the company.

I wouldn't even say cucked. If I was an animator who survived long enough from Gray's debacle and saw him in office doing VA, I'd straight up ask "Why is the guy who nearly destroyed our department here?"

Considering I found this gem, posted as recent as almost a week ago.

"Dealt with divas" hmmmm, I wonder who the fuck could that be referring to? If only there were some clear cl-oh wait.

This picture I think perrrrfectly sums up Cock Bite right now.

With regards to RTX, I'll just quote what I said in the GDQ thread since it's the same type of people in the same type of situation:
They're never going back to the couch. They're as woke as they come, and the woke doctrine states that in-person gatherings that are not protests or parades for Black Lives Matter or LGBTQ+ pride will kill us all.

I'd say Barbara's a diva, too.

"Lots of employees have been moved to contractors dealt through an agency."

If that means they've started moving full time employee positions to contractor positions, that is an incredibly shitty thing to do and entirely emblematic of the entire new-age-woke-based corpos so of course that is what they are doing.

I don't understand this. From what she says she didn't ever even meet up with Ryan irl, but she is still trying to score victim points because she talked to the internet famous man on the internet a few times? Why is she even upset? Also lol at that other twitterfag calling her a "victim"

And just in case anyone was wondering, the podcast recap will be about a day late because I have been quite busy.

Dude, it's cool. I doubt most of us read the whole thing and just skim for the most autistic moments to laugh at.

Also the Ryan thing reminds me of The Simpsons when Homer gets accused of sexual harassment. That talk show where the woman is crying while saying she's never met Homer or lives anywhere near him, and then the host goes "Your tears say more than real evidence could."

"Busy" .... oh shit... it's finally happening... the long term effects of weekly exposure to the overpowering retardation of the OT podcast has caused our boy Salub to have to go to the doctor to see if he's got canceraids.

-Michael, Matt, Jeremy (from home) and Alfredo are on this episode

-Alfredo fiddles with Jeremy's knob

-"It felt nice, it tickled"-Jeremy

-Alfredo says that he plans to be very, very drunk during the next episode of Off Topic

-Michael says that Jeremy will be in town for some RTX "events"

-They talk about RTX for some minutes

-Jeremy is on a heavy delay, they keep referencing it and it is very noticeable

-Alfredo wonders out loud about who decided that RTX would go on for 10 days. Michael says "not us" and says that the audience is lucky that they are not in charge of such decisions because if so than RTX would be a (mediocre) one day event

-Jeremy asks if they are allowed to get drunk at any of the RTX events and says that the last time he was in Austin he was not allowed to "get fucked up" while at the office

-"Who's to say I can't just come in fucking hammered?"-Alfredo, talking about arriving to work drunk

-Michael tells a story about how he encouraged a friend (non RT related) to call in sick to work even though they weren't sick

-Michael says that he recently took a week off of work for vacation

-Alfredo says that he recently watched the movie F9, he says it was really dumb but he enjoyed it very much

-Jeremy pulls up a picture of John Cena on his monitor

-There is an ad read for Felix Gray

-They talk about the Fast and Furious movies for what feels like an hour

-There is an ad read for betterhelp

-They continue to talk about the Fast and Furious movies

-Michael says that he likes Marvel movies, Spiderman in particular. He compares them to The Office

-Alfredo says that he, Trevor and Louis(?) "had a full blown like, I mean DEEP discussion about Loki, I mean the tv series on Disneyplus™"

-Alfredo talks about some board game, apparently his girlfriend likes to play it incorrectly on purpose

-there is an ad read for some online stamp company (just buy them at the post office you lazy faggot)

-Michael says that they are "almost" back at the office

-Michael tries to use Camp Betrayal as a selling point for becoming a first member

-Alfredo talks about doing an escape room when he went to visit Jeremy with his gf, Gavin and Meg (the episode title is based on a joke from this conversation that I'm not sure that I fully understand)

-Alfredo says that he is an idiot

-From the way Alfredo tells it Meg was a bitch toward the worker(s) in the escape room

-They keep talking about escape rooms

-They talk about Banjo Tooie

-Michael talks about how he has been playing all of the games from the Souls series

-Alfredo acts like a diva about people in his stream chat trying to give him advice about how to play Dark Souls

-Jeremy has put 1000+ hours into The Binding of Isaac

-Jeremy has started playing Minecraft again (both for his stream and for fun)

-Matt says that he has spent countless hours into Minecraft and that it is a significant portion of his life

-Jeremy has a small refrigerator in his stream room that says "G Fuel" on it (apparently that's a "gaming and epsorts energy drink") . He talks about the fridge and Alfredo namedrops the drink, I think they are being paid to promote it

-Michael says that he likes aforementioned drink very much

-Michael shills first membership and RTX and then the podcast ends
