I don't think this is some greater-than-three-dimensional board game by Byuu, though I'm confident he'd claim this privately for asspats. I think it was impossible to predict trannies & co. would latch onto this the way they did, most of them didn't even know who the hell Byuu was before he decided to listen to a song on repeat for an hour. They're just people with 24 hours of free time who get obsessed with whatever crosses their feed that's dramatic and devote themselves to it until the next thing pops up.
