Chantal is addicted to attention which can never fulfill her because the attention she ultimately seeks is the attention she needed from her mother when she was young. That ship has sailed and nothing can bring it back to port.

The food addiction might be as simple as missing the breastmilk from the only one in life who should have loved her yet gave her away. Now she’ll cram anything in her mouth but it’s not the same and never enough.

Grandma probably did the best she could. Chantal has said Grams complained about her eating too much. I can picture a young Chantal, a little chunker moaning over spaghetti at the dinner table. “Shhh!” Grandma would say. “MmmmMMMMmmm!!!” Chantal would repeat. “I said SHHH!” Grandma would reply.

It must have hurt her deeply to see her mom start afresh and do much better. Honestly, I’d be jealous of Nat, too.

Her nurture was a little messed up (granted, other people have it far worse and turn out far better) but her nature has a big part in this as well:

Sometimes they lack nostalgic feelings and have no problem severing old ties. Aries toddlers are a nightmare: a bundle of energy, constantly moving shouting ME FIRST!!, MINE!! and NO! I WANNA DO IT!! while bossing around other children. Aires is ruled by Mars, the planet of Wars which can make one a brave warrior-- or an angry a-hole.

I can understand why she was coddled: her temper tantrums especially as a child were probably legendary. Best to avoid at all costs rather than correct the beast.

I just want to put on record the various theories for Chantal's radio silence after the knock on her door. While it's not uncommon for Chantal to take an absence for 24 hours or more as done in the past during rage fits, this was not a rage fit. She also has been posting on IG, Snapchat or short live videos to indicate where she is or doing so that her VIB's don't bug her with their concern since they message her with so much worry and make her phone explode.

Door knocking theories:
  • Peetz and Chantal planned it and it was Peetz banging on the door
  • It was relative, most likely Uncle seeing her on the live completely zonked and with the concern of her using and eating the mushrooms
  • Twas the Police yet again doing another wellness check or perhaps a criminal inquiry or complaint from a neighbor
  • Property Management concerned with smoking indoors or another complaint/concern
Radio Silence theories:
  • She tripped hard and long since she ate a stem and cap thinking it was a microdose and that in consuming the shrooms she had recently "did nothing" and after cops visited consumed more everything to take the edge off
  • She was hungover after being up all night tripping
  • She decided to get treatment and in a facility to get help
  • She went to stay with family
  • She was detained criminally
  • She's on a bender that will continue until who knows when
  • She went to Montreal again to buy more nose candy and doesn't want to deal with the backlash and disappointment
  • She's with Ejupt or another one of her 'lovahs"
ETA: I also went through a few of her recent lives to see if they had ad points in the timeline and they do, it seems that the ones flagged for 18+ are demonetized but not all the live streams. That's been my experience and will be interesting to see if her account is being audited.

You might have read about the case of Thomas Chan. Thomas was a teenager (19-years-old), a recent college graduate and athlete. He loved and was loved by his family. A little after Christmas a few years ago, he and his buddies decided to take some psilocybin, i.e. magic mushrooms, a usually relatively mild recreational drug while hanging out at Thomas’s mother and stepfather’s house. The other boys got pleasantly high, but Thomas felt nothing so he ate some more of the mushrooms. What happened next is beyond horrible.


Thomas began ranting incoherently. He ran outside barefoot to the nearby home of his father and stepmother. He broke in through a window, got a butcher’s knife from a drawer and babbling things like that this was “God’s will,” stabbed his father to death as his father cried “It’s Daddy; it’s Daddy!” He stabbed his stepmother repeatedly, including in the eye. She lived but lost the eye and was permanently disabled by the injuries.

The speed in which she deleted that last livestream suggests she knew she was doing something wrong. Whether it was the cops or a family member or the landlord at the door, she must have thought there were things in that video she would rather not have to explain. I suspect she deleted it while on her way down the stairs before she even got to the door; it was gone that fast. What transpired after that is anyone's guess. She was an absolute mess and starting to trip on the 'shrooms, so she probably did not make a good impression on whoever was knocking at the door.

The fact that she has not communicated something snide, in the form of a livestream or community post is unusual for her, and the longer the radio silence continues, the more likely it is that she got into some kind of trouble. She has laid low before, but not without some form of communication.

Once again, she inadvertently has come up with a good cliffhanger.

So I went looking myself and it wasn't hard to figure out.
Aunt Phyllis Sarault lives in Jamaica and as of recent comments still might want to move, but will arrange herself with the freshly cut down trees and plants in her yard. Her landlord thinks, she's the best tenant ever.

If someone did knock on her door and it was someone official or a family member, she likely had a shroom trip from hell. Bonus points for copious amounts of THC, I hope it felt like it lasted days.

Are all these adults full siblings? The way you referenced them in relation to Steven and not Kim makes it sounds like the women are half-sisters to Steven and not related to each other. Maybe I'm a sped but just wanted to clarify that.

Because if they are half-siblings that does give more colour to the family story. Was Kim the youngest? Was she the only one to have a kid as a teenager?

Idk why I find this fat idiot so interesting that I want to chart out her family try and isolate exactly where it all went wrong.
