When we say "can", are we talking about legally? Or about in practice?

I don't know if there's any laws (or even just industry policies and regulations) against ciswomen donating sperm, or permitting transmen to donate sperm.

It's an interesting dilemma, though, and probably a good social experiment/ performance art piece. I'd encourage anyone here who is a ciswoman and/or transman, to pop down to the local sperm donor's office and see what happens. Film the result.
