Victor Mignogna v. Funimation Productions, LLC, et al. (2019) - Vic's lawsuit against Funimation, VAs, and others, for over a million dollars.

TX judges are elected, mostly.

Cuck-upp got appointed the first time round, though, because he can't win a popularity contest to save his life.
He's lucky there are nearly never serious contenders against sitting judges and that he never had to have a competitive election to get his job. Look how badly he did when he had to run against two other Republicans. Barring doing something insanely unpopular like giving a violent child molester probation, he can pretty much count on rubber stamp reelection so long as he desires to continue being a lazy, incompetent judge.

Eventually, some tranny is going to unleash a ddos attack of never seen before proportions on the farms which will kill the website for two weeks or so, and during that exact timeframe, the court of appeals will release its decision on the case.
We'll have to sue the trannies for lost laughs then!

Or in the opinion, the judges use an image of a dumpster fire for Chupps decision
As humorous as that may be, it doesn't exactly sound like good jurisprudence due to the lack of reasoning. That said, I'd be all for it if they could write a legit opinion on how Chupp's decision can be compared to that of a dumpster fire. IIRC something similar already happened with I want to say CNN, so here's hoping.

I want to see the first appellate case in history where the entirety of the opinion is just goatse plus "OP IS A FAG."

To get back on topic, has anyone had to replace their F5 key for overuse, yet?
Imagine being the kind of scrub who doesn't use an auto refresh plugin in current year.

Honestly this is becoming such a joke that my missus and i now have a bet on whether this, or the Oberlin College case will get an appeal ruling first.

He still stands, unshaken.

So this is a Farms related musing rather than a case related one, but I have been wondering... Once the appeals decision comes in, do the Jannies go through and purge the 100 pages of people wondering if this is the week and cursing the speed of the legal system, so that future readers can skip over the tedious, repetitive, content-less bit? Or is the tedium and aggravation so inherent a part of the process that experiencing it is essential to understanding history?

Ideally the OP would get updated to add quotes and/or links directly to the new stuff.

Maybe a new thread with an updated OP? Weeb Wars 2: The Weebdom Strikes Back?

Honestly, the spergations will likely be localised to this thread with an OP update. No matter which way it goes, there will be spergening a-plenty.
