Thanks to all the recent sperging, the statute of limitations for defamatory statements (1 Yr in TX, IIRC) has been essentially reset for most major KV players. If this comes back on appeal, can Ty realistically go after them? It would be amazing to know that they could have gotten away with it had they just abstained from sperging for a couple more weeks.

What Quinton Flynn did with Krissy Rose is exactly what needs to be done with KickVic: protective orders.

Might I add, the statute of limitation is not based on the events themselves but on the knowledge of their existence.
For instance, if it is found during discovery that someone worked with the defendants to interfere with Vic's contracts, that person could then be charged too, even if the events themselve are more than 1 year old (IYRC) because Vic would only have a recent knowledge of that involvement.

Not in Texas. In Texas, Statute of Limitation for Defamation starts from the moment the defamatory statement was made, not discovered (Sec. 16.002)

The thing that probably kisses KV off a lot is the fact that a lot of Vic's fans are POC. Like so many of them love the magnificent gay pants man. A lot of these fans don't take KV's bullshit lightly and it must burn all of them up inside knowing that the bad man in gay pants has people that aren't dyed hair fat fujosjis as fans.
While the only documented simp of color that Monica has is one that would buy Rial bathwater if Monica gets desperate enough for the money. Speaking of money, does anyone know if Ron got demoted at his job because I heard that Ron's activities on Twitter during company time was reported to his boss.
