To give you a visual reference, the entire Song of Ice and Fire series is currently at 1.842.762 words. The books stacked back to back look like this:
So, if this fanfic was printed, it would take about two and a half of these book stacks.
And the scariest part is that the latest update was just two days ago, so this thing is not even close to being finished.

When using archive.md for twitter, I know you can add:
/with_replies
to the end of the url for a specific post. Never tried it on AO3, but worth a shot. Driving by, not able to test atm.
