April's One Year Update. She says she's put on pounds after being furloughed and then laid off "recently", which contradicts my dig through her Instagram that shows her putting on the weight somewhere between late 2015 and 2017. The post in question is
in this link, if you feel like checking her gym selfies and descent into fatness by yourselves.
She says she's developed a lot of self-control in that time, and learned to achieve health without extremes. Again with the "my worth is not determined by the number on the scale".
Her achievements :
1. Putting on pants while standing up and being able to shave her legs
2. Tying her shoes by bending over or squatting down
3. Being able to reach "parts of her body" - her ass in the bathroom
4. Getting regular periods and lessening her PCOS symptoms
5. Being able to do the dishes without taking breaks or leaning
6. Fitting into booths & seats at restaurants
7. Walking without her heart rate elevating
8. No more binging
(press X for doubt on that one)
Then, she talks about all her "non scale" improvements, but given how she half asses most of her workouts, I wouldn't trust those. The front lunges with kettlebells footage retrospective was just as painful as the first time I've seen it.
She shows a gallery of her pictures over the months, and even there, her stance always changes - her leggings being down her stomach on the "before" pictures makes her seem fatter, as does her posture and her hair. Putting one leg further to the side as she does in her more recent photos contributes to the impression of "leanness", as does having her hair down and over her massive shoulders.

"I was amazed at how different I looked". I don't mean to be nasty, but I legit needed to look more closely at that second picture to understand which one was the "before" and which one was the "after".
She says some of the favourite things she's done is buying workout clothes.
