That reminds me: what if there's an afterlife, and souls there continue coronapanic and woke from their mortal lives? Even worse, what if the "New Normal" - as well as being woke - spreads to everyone and continues forever in an afterlife? I noticed how the narrative has changed almost overnight in my europoor country. Yesterday a panel of experts were talking on tv about how there's a category of "enlightened novaxxers" (yes, seriously) which they defined as people who are informed (not like those conservative novaxxers I presume) and have the right to refuse their shots after getting an informed opinion about the vaccine not helping their age bracket. Some even pointed out that the constitution (gasp!) cannot be changed to limit basic liberties.

The press is basically saying that two shots are soon going to be useless, and they'll be useless because of the people who refused a useless vaccine.

I forget who it was on the Farms, but I asked him about Pennsylvanian culture and he explained to me that about 90% of PA is rural and working class conservative, but their leadership is firmly Democrat and corrupt to the core due to shitholes like Philly and Pittsburgh.

Fairly accurate characterization, although I will say that in the Philadelphia area, almost everywhere has dropped the signage about the masks or anything to do with Covid. That includes the drugstores and libraries. The only place you have to wear a mask anymore is at the hospital and at one of the Chinese restaurant s. There are still people wearing masks, of course, but I think most people around here have stopped giving a shit.

I've seen disclaimers on muzzle packaging saying they're "not for medical use" - are they more or less admitting that muzzling up may not be of much help either?

I went out and about in the American midwest today, to gather supplies for the household, eat unhealthy food, and gawk at people.

Went to Walmart, Aldi, Arbys, and a hobby shop. Very few masks were being worn anywhere and people are almost back to their normal levels of crowding up in each other's personal space. There were plenty of things to be had, except for Jacks frozen pizza and Great Value french fries at Walmart. I forgot to get more B-complex vitamins but I'm pretty sure that was just a me thing, not a Covid thing.

No one asked if I was vaccinated or complained about my not wearing a mask.

Yep, I recall that vividly at the start of the Coof when no one in the media cared about it, and my only source of information was oddly enough Mr. Metokur. I remember in one of his Corona-Chan streams from circa January 2020 when he informed his audience to only purchase N95 respirators. I then went to every hardware store in my county, found absolutely none, and only saw regular painters' masks that specifically had labels on the boxes that warned the masks do not protect against infectious viruses like SARS. Then in just a short span of months Dr. Faucet and Cuomo were all over the media telling you that anything can be a mask, be it surgical-grade or even yo mama's panties.
