Ethan Ralph is too heavy to go up on a roof needing repair and is incapable of physical labor. If he gets into any line of employment, it's gonna be telemarketing

Credit to Vickers for keeping his head down and fighting Ethan in the courts rather than via a blog or the Farms. For all we know Vickers and his attorney have been working on this filing for months compiling evidence. Who knows what they included, but it's well documented in video that Ethan has a history of alcohol and drug abuse, as well as a history of violence and harassment including his felony assault conviction and his restraining order in Michigan. Judges love when you can present evidence that's already in the legal system because it means another judge has done their job for them.

My favorite Ethan Ralph goof of the week and there's a variety to choose from is him getting defensive over being called a fake drug user. Sure the court will love your posturing about how many drugs you do/have done.

It's also California, so they pretty much have a slam-dunk case on that against the evil drunk, alt-right Trump supporter harassing them.

So I'm probably late on this one, but I figured I'd post it anyways.

It looks like Vickers has a temporary restraining order against Ralph right now, which will last until probably the court date. After that if the judge agrees, the clerk will draw up a new one that will last for months, if not up to two years (if I'm reading California correctly). The hearing to contest the restraining order is set for Monday, 02 August 2021, in which Ralph will have to appear either himself, or by counsel.

As i said previously, however, the restraining order really has no effect on Ralph because he doesn't live in California. He can contact them all he wants without risking any type of real punishment other than contempt of court fines. How is in the ever, it can be used against him if and when he applies for paternity/visitation, and if there is an arrest warrant issued for him for repeated violations any decision to visit California runs the risk of being hauled off by the cops.

Gator, I know you're reading this. You need to tell Ralph to buy a suit for Monday, he's gonna want to make a good impression on the judge. Find a dress shirt with the largest neck size possible, get that top button up and buy a proper tie, no clip-ons...don't leave Mr. West Memphis to his own devices. We know he can do it, he's gone it before and you could see his charisma levels rising...
