This is so close to self-awareness yet so far from it.

It's not just dangerous --even the simplest of surgical procedures can carry an element of danger-- it's flat-out butchery and completely unnecessary.

It's like complaining there are no surgeons in the UK willing to amputate your limbs just because you feel like it, except even worse because you can at least do a clean amputation; the best surgeons in the world couldn't turn a dick into a fully functional vagina that doesn't carry a lifetime of complications or vice versa because it's fucking impossible.

When you have an entire industry revolving around cosmetic surgery and fucking up people's bodies for vanity and even those cowboys aren't willing to do stuff like this for a small fortune that should be a massive red flag that this surgery is not a good idea. But of course all troons are self-absorbed narcs so because they want it they must have it, consequences be damned.
