Notice how he always talks about the Steam Deck now on pre-stream. On top of the fact, he said "allottapeepal" told him to get it. He has probably already reserved a spot in the queue and will be paying for it come December...he is just playing the "I'm too broke to afford it" act at the moment. But come the time it releases it will be in his piggy hooves and he will be swaying back and forth shilling it to death. We know Phil and we know he puts on acts just for the sake of selling his lies when in reality he plans on getting it. This is Phil Burnell the CONsumer who buys first and then askes questions later.
Phil got confused at a cable. He didn't understand what a "crouch-jump" was. He burnt his mouth on hot food, struggling to understand the concept of blowing on food cools it down. Imagine him trying to understand Linux, it's going to like watching the Generation Game.

This shows to me that it’s a conscious decision not to show his teeth.
Try to open your mouth and not show your teeth. Unless you’re specifically trying not to, you’re going to show them a bit.
As someone who once had to do that: Yes. You absolutely have to try, albeit not very hard, to not show teeth when you talk/smile/laugh/etc.
Between that and the way he eats, he absolutely has at least one really bad tooth.

Let's not forget that eating around a chicken bone is a difficult task.

Isn't it just Debian with steam and all the winetricks/steamplay/proton stuff installed and locked down so you can't tinker with it?

Pretty sure Gaben has said that it's just a mini PC. You can do whatever you want with it, including installing Windows if you so choose. It uses SteamOS, which is Linux based, but you're free to modify as you want.

He doesn't like PC gaming and he doesn't leave the house so what use would he have for a Deck?
Brag about having the expensive new toy. It makes zero sense for Phil to buy this thing. His "lemon" PC he bought nearly a decade ago is just about as good as this Steam Deck will be, and won't have huge storage limitations.

Beg tweet with $126.
Also, didn't update the leaderboard with the '1MinuteMan' tip.

"Now everyone is updating" Wtf is that mean?

That's DSP brain instantly spinning the fact there was barely anyone around to talk in chat into the lie that the chat wasn't updating. In DSP's mind, every single viewer stuck around while he took his 30-minute break, so the only logical explanation is that the chat was bugged. Nothing he could do.
