As a quick aside to the /pedo/ stuff, I dug up a few instances of Kirt saying nigger on the internet. You have to wonder what all of his sanctimonious Twitter buddies would think if they knew he was using language like this. How do you reconcile being a preachy SJW on social media and then casually using the n-word when you think the woke mob aren't looking?
From the ACAB thread he made shortly after the George Floyd incident. Funny how he makes a thread like that just to virtue signal his anti-racism and then a few hundred posts in he's saying nigger and calling someone a kike. He had to surpass his own word filter to say it too. For anyone who doesn't know, nigger filters to "jolly african american" on 420chan.

Gregg Housh seems to be Kirt's only "evidence" that he's the founder of Anonymous. It makes sense that one grifter would support another. I don't know if Housh actually did any of the shit he claimed he did and there doesn't seem to be any reliable information about him online. He claims to have been the one who sparked the Scientology protests back in the day but that's not exactly something to be proud of given how incredibly fucking cringe the whole thing was.
Which reminds me, I found this a while ago when I was looking at the Anonymous wikipedia page and I thought it was funny. If you go to the talk page you can see someone who is very obviously Kirtaner debating with the contributors in an attempt to convince them to keep him listed on the page as the "founder" of Anonymous. This wasn't long after the article in The Atlantic written by a particularly credulous journalist that framed him as the founder alongside a bunch of other bullshit claims (like the Canadian government wanting to team up with him to take down Al-Qaeda lol).
As you can see there's two IPs dropping Gregg Housh's name over and over as if it proves anything at all, desperately attempting to keep Kirt listed as the founder of Anonymous.
If we look at the IPs we can see that the only contributions they've made were the aforementioned pathetic pleading on the Anonymous article's talk page. And if we geolocate the IPs...
Oh look. They're both from pretty much the same part of Ontario, Canada. Which just so happens to be where Kirt lives. I can say with 99% certainty that this is obviously Kirt begging the wikipedia contributers to keep his name on the page like the sad bastard he is. The best part is they came to the same conclusion everyone else did: that Kirt's claims have no evidence and don't even make any fucking sense.

Yeah, Gregg seems to be the only source that confirms Kirtaner as the founder of Anonymous.
Imo both Kirtaner and Gregg wanted to relaunch their careers. (And so is Barrett Brown for the last 4 years)
If you look at Gregg's youtube channel then it's Kirtaner, Kirtaner, Kirtaner all over the place ...

Dug up some more info on /pedo/. Here's Kirt posting on an imageboard called tinychan back in 2006 (I have no recollection of that place ever existing but apparently it did). He links to a /cp/ board first which is, ironically enough, just a black background with white text saying "you are a filthy pedophile". Then Kirt goes on to admit the existence of a secret board by the name of /pedo/, describing it as a "child model containment zone".
This much corroborates what Sarah Nyberg had to say about it. Remember that Sarah also claimed actual CP would be posted there and the mods/Kirt would essentially turn a blind eye to it, only deleting it at a much later stage. Which is pretty easy to imagine it being the case given everything else we know. Even if it's not, the guy admitted to hosting a board with child model pictures on it. There's only one type of person using a board like that.
