Out of all people, Fredrick is the last person that should be trying to generally antagonize landlords. It'd be obviously hard for someone of his condition to own and maintain a house entirely on his own. Besides, IIRC, he lived in an apartment given to him by his employer in the 8chan days, and he seemed to not have a problem with that. What changed?
