zero-depth vulva surgery is tested and relatively safe. straight up breast removal is tested and relatively safe. That's all.
I’ve never seen this Dr complained about before (which doesn’t say much, as I’m not constantly combing the ftm boob-boards.) Perhaps that’s because this Doc is one of the “good ones?” She only removed the mamm, the breast, as has been tested & deemed relatively safe.
Makes you think that it might be the ones who get rid of all the “tissue” (as that troonette above called it,) which result in necrosis & nipple death, etc. That “tissue” is a mix of blood vessels you
need in order to have healthy skin & fat, which all women have more of in the breast area. Doesn’t matter how fat or thin, women’s breast are mostly made of fat. If that chick had fatty tissue left over, after a breast removal, it was likely her natural body, or she was big enough to leave that much. If she called it what it is, didn’t obscure it with “tissue” she’d get less sympathy online.
In that case, a lipo is exactly what she could use. It was offered by her original Dr. It’s actually smart to go slow, get the removal, then see what you can do on your own, ie work out. Then get lipo if you still carry a lot of fat in your breasts. Might need a little tuck action too, but it’s best to let the skin settle on its own before you do so.
I bet her revision is gonna be a lipo, from a new Dr. that she’ll probably pay more for, too. That new Doc could easily be an outta pocket competitor of her OG Dr. Might make 6K on the lipo by calling it “revision,” vs the quote from her original dr for 3K, which is a decent price for lipo in the US.
I bet her original Dr explained this, she just didn’t like it. As said above, they want their ideal body on a plate, & they want it now! All in one, magical, go.
