I think Russ assumes some college courses make you volunteer as part of a project or practicum or something.
Yeah, and here are all the things the resident sooper studly legal eagle from collage doesn't know because that would require attending college or university as NOT SEEN on Murray Povich, Jerry Springer, Steve Wilkos, and the entire conga line of judge shows:
* The college/university has to have a rapport with this greasy gourd. Because it has to be cleared as legitimate clinical hours.
* They will certainly vet the greasy gourd as he DOES NOT have rapport and is a nobody. Which means
* LOL Top kek
* And even IF it was clown college, greasy gourd MUST document and demonstrate, via outline, learning outcome mapping, or some kind of lesson-plan tier documents submitted to the department head, WHAT skills the volunteer will gain, and HOW they will gain them. He may have to document a long term goal with several short term goals. This thirsty ding can't even make it to court on time with an attache (but a plastic sack from King Soopers).
Like... he truly goddamn fucking thinks because he went to Mormon ITT Tech, he's officially the smartest asshole in the room. Even when Skordas butt fucks him dry with his own incompetence and sooper awesome evidence, he STILL thinks he's the smartest asshole in the room. God... it's awe-inspiring. Like taking a SPEDDY trip to the Adler Planetarium.
Amending this to also say that there are laws attached to volunteering/internship. In my state, for example, if it is volunteer or unpaid internship--there absolutely MUST be an outline/document submitted to the college department head about skills obtained/mastered. They MUST NOT perform ANY work that is otherwise done by an employee (unless paid with requisite tax forms, etc.). And ANY tasks MUST be attached DIRECTLY to the major/learning outcomes and skillset relevant to the degree candidate.
