I do not understand that post at all. Many older women do have a 'weak bladder' but a weak bladder is the opposite of what she is describing, it is problems holding urine in due to weakened pelvic floor muscles after pregnancy and childbirth. The only time I have know of women having trouble emptying the bladder is when they have a connective tissue disorder or some sort of neurological problem. Trouble emptying the bladder is also a huge problem among older men due to enlarged prostate.

In hindsight, Amanda's transition was a glimpse of what was to come. I watched her while coming to terms with my sexuality and seeing her troon out in real time (an isolated incident, I thought) admittedly stung. As if on queue, around 70% of the other lesbians I knew fell victim to the Great Troonening over the following 2-3 years.
She always talked about her parents' lack of acceptance, which has been improved by transitioning from what I gather. She was homeless and lived in her car after coming out as a lesbian but her mom agreed to appear in a video of hers last year.

Being rejected by her own family had to have played a role in her decision to conversion therapy herself but what gets me is the fact that it worked. It's honestly sadly simple, from their point of view neither is a good thing but one is much more innocent than the other. Roughly one is seen as sickness and the others as a sin. Sin is generally considered to be an active action of bad or choosing to stay passive when meeting evil. Sickness other hand happens to everyone, no matter how good of a person you are. So homosexuality vs transgender is basically choosing a sinful relationship vs. having bad luck of a birth defect.
