Regarding the bankruptcy; is that a done deal or is there still a chance of him getting in trouble for it?
Given that there is overwhelming evidence that he committed bankruptcy fraud (all neatly summarized on a page here on KF),isn't he one anonymous tip to the authorities away from ending up in serious trouble or has that already been tried to no avail?
We’re still working on getting Nancy to make an account on here so we can really stick it to Burnell enterprises. The fight will never be over comrade

Mate I was just as gobsmacked because I was sure Nancy would at least question him.
He got lucky due to the coof, and the fact that Nancy seems to be pretty inept at tech due to being a boomer. The way he explained everything also helped him, because his exceptional "I am smart" speak works wonders on stupid people, or boomers. How he explained paypal, streaming and tips was so utterly exceptional my brain hurt.
Here's the thing... Someone suggested that he might just have been recording (gorilla style, like pointing a camera at his phone) him playing WWE Champions and just left the files there or he just set them private in his channel. When people asked him about it, he just showed those terrible videos, justified the 9k expenses in microtransactions and they swallowed it.

I mean, I have no evidence of anything, but when I read about this, it kinda made sense. Like, it's just low effort enough that he might have done that...

I'm on mobile and also a retard so I don't know how to clip it, but I watched Josh's latest podcast and CWC gave some great advice Dave should take to heart. The clip I'm referring to starts at 2:40 on the video Ethan Ralph will flag this stream:

"Ignore all the trolls, ignore all negative comments, or outright just don't read the comments at all. *Autistic yammering* But also if you do read negative comments about yourself. You can take a page from cosmic key frame and refocus that, because hey they are talking about you Regardless."

Even CWC handles trolls better than Phil smh

It's a video game and he streams video games. I doubt the court would need already recorded videos, it could just be a project he was considering. I mean, people here have suggested he streams it, I think mostly unironically. It's always going to have some kind of tangential connection to his business. It isn't even that much of a stretch.

It should have been itemized and legally documented is all, for our entertainment.

That moron fake debt collector had one job - ask about the expenses - and he failed.
All he had to do was say something like "it looks like your monthly gross income is around $10k per month but your living expenses only total up to around $5k per month, where is the rest of that money?" Then phil would have had to say that gap is his business expenses and then everyone on the call would be on the same page and would be curious about the massive amount of missing money. Instead that retard just confused everyone and let them move on to talking about something else.

I know he's been using it for a while aswell, due to db leaks that go quite back.

I strongly believe the coof helped his bankruptcy. If a person that understands streaming would look at his papers, he would be beyond fucked. He lied a number of times during his bankruptcy hearing, and if I'm not mistaken that is a felony aswell. I'm sure Phil just went all in, since he knows how to play the system and he had fuck all to lose anyway.
I'm sorry but less he burns all his money on WWE, and he doesn't, he has to have money. Not much money, but enough money to not be poor. He does use it cocker since he orders food, eats out, wastes it on WWE, and we don't know what else since he refuses a house tour and doesn't post pictures that would be telling. Also everything new he does show is "donated" so it removes the image of him spending money, while at the same time telling people how "popular" he is. This whole "fan donated" is another cult thing, and it's another way to make people think he has a bigger, and more supportive fan base.

Also Phil, I'm glad you started using the word reprobate. I have never ever seen or heard you use it, or anyone else for that matter. So I know you read my posts, you bloody reprobate.
One of my early bankruptcy thread comments was along the lines of "Just watch this chinese virus thing we're starting to see in the news save him."

All of the above. Phil moved to the outskirts of one of the largest Big Tech cities in the country. He could not have possibly chosen worse aside from maybe San Francisco or, as you said, Boston. People in SF are paying four-figure rent to live in a hostel-type situation where they sleep in bunk beds and aren’t permitted to have furniture. And these are coders; they may be the white-collar version of the 1940s assembly line worker but they have a skill which is in demand and they continue to flock to these places which drives up real estate and cost of living.

Phil was originally looking at Washington, Texas, Florida, and I believe one other state which I can’t recall. Might be wrong on that last one. The point is that between those three Washington, especially a Seattle suburb, was a terrible choice. When Boeing, Microsoft, Amazon and Nintendo decide in the next 15 years that they want to relocate it will cause the market to crash as thousands leave. Know what happens after that? Please look at Detroit. White flight, rock-bottom property values with no one serious about renewing, and crime. Dave’s gonna need to be strapping to head out to the Fred Meyer.

I honestly can’t conceive what his thought process was in that decision beyond “it’s hot in the other two places”, which he fucked immediately by purchasing a home with no central climate control. As others have said, if he wanted to avoid other people because they terrify him he could have taken his Machinima money and bought a solid 2/3.5 on 20 acres in Montana and erected a barbed wire fence with a huge sign reading “Trespassers Will Be Shot” and he would fit right in and nobody would bother him.
It's crazy. I moved from CA to 5 miles west of Boston in 98' or 99' and a two bedroom costed $1200 to rent. even in the early 00's houses were selling north of 400,000 in good cities and Boston was untouchable under 800,000 unless you lived in a slummy area. My California rent for a two bedroom was $450 in a complex an hour from L.A. before moving lol...It got really expensive after I left.. The Montana thing would be right on. Before covid, I was l looking at settling down in Oklahoma later on because I have some family there and if you look outside Tulsa or OK city, you could be king of the shit pile with tons of land for under 600,000...so red vs blue never made sense to me. Yeah Florida was what Panda want but dave didn't. I ultimately think Dave should've stayed put in the CT Condo then sold it when he wanted to go elsewhere. Moving to a large city(well suburb) when your career is on the down and you're still paying for a home is mahrahnic.

Phil spends more time on here than his own tumbleweed forums. That's majestic.
That's because KG is holding things down....You know talking to himself and probably moderating himself too. Also, the fool still had an iced coffee avatar the last I saw. He reads the farms so surprised he hasn't updated it. Also, Atrophy Dave doesn't need to be in his forums because the silent majority are there...only reading though.

You can't see me - John Cena and the silent majority probably

Got to give it to Phil, if I woke up and had to be him, knowing what my future looked like, etc. I would have put a shotgun barrel in my mouth a long time ago. In some sick ironic way the mental illness that allows him to live in his own reality is like a self preservation mechanism.
He'd fuck that up too... bugged chamber/trigger mechanics.

Shotguns have been researched that while the most effective way of suicide, it's still less than 100% certain, him starting the car in the garage with the doors closed and sitting in there for a couple hours would be more his speed.

The thing I don't get is even if he did pass off the mobile games as businesses expenses, why don't they consider whether these expenses are even justified or a good business decision? It makes no sense that if dsp is running this business that it supposedly costs him $5k per month to operate and this has led him to bankruptcy, why does he get his debts erased and then is allowed to keep operating that same business in the same manner that led him to bankruptcy?

I legitimately don't know much about tax write offs for businesses but spending thousands a month on video game transactions would be like a construction company spending like $60,000 on a bag of rocks and writing the $60,000 off as a business expense. Do you get to just waste money on unsound business purchases and write them off like that?

The time for all of those questions was a year ago. He got away with massive bankruptcy fraud, there's no going back and its a waste of time fretting over it now..

My theory is that he has another PayPal, or that his parents are somehow involved.
I thought this was generally known, but Phil definitely has at least two PayPal accounts. When he filed for bankruptcy he initially didn’t list any of his PayPal accounts, but he later amended the document to show two accounts.

My guess is one is a PayPal business account, and one is a personal PayPal. In any case, I think it’s safe to say that he probably did some money shuffling between the accounts during the bankruptcy ($0 in one account? Why have that account and why would you list it if it wasn’t used?). I also agree that his parents or others may be sending money into his second PayPal through the friends or family PayPal feature.

That was great when called on it. Rochelle is a POS for enabling Dave. I know she wants a client but her credibility would be wrecked if his lies were found out. The amendments made me laugh because it was one of those things that even lying saying you "forgot" looks so bad

It's not that complicated

The government just does not care first of all, nobody will work hard or efficiently since there is no incentive or threat of consequences. Secondly, even if some clown like Phil is lying about his debt, it would cost more to investigate and audit him than they'd make from the 'true' numbers. You can not catch all low level cheaters, it's simply not possible.

Add to this the fact that the trustee system incentivizes allowing as many bankruptcies as possible to go through, most people won't get caught.
