i recommend someone more neutral, i can easily see someone not as impartial to ralph deciding to bump up his meager height an inch or two thinking it doesnt matter and will help him avoid "undue" bullying from "jerks"

edit actually an even easier idea, what if we just compromise by giving ralph a height above 5 1, not as his actual height but the height for purpose of the competition, and hes not allowed to measure so as to not pass off a fake measurement? it allows him to do literally nothing and get close to his height whether he lies or not and we dont have to hear AHM SIIIX FOOT TOOO MAH BUDDY NYCK SEZ SO SO AH DONT GET BULL EED

Considering that the gunt is 5'1", he's still morbidly obese with a 53.8 BMI. If I'm not mistaken Null, your BMI is probably less than his already. You've already won before the contest even begun.
(EDIT: My bad, he's 5'8"-5'10" according to this document. His BMI is still 40.9-43.3 if that's the case which is still in obesity range.)
