Correct! DSP has two hotmail and at least two PayPal accounts.

Total autistic speculation, but I wonder which PayPal account the whales use when sending behind the scenes tips (which bypass Stream Elements because they just send directly to PayPal).

It would be amazing if he was hiding that money and only count it when tips are low. Dark could be pulling a LTG behind the scenes and having his whales gift him the money because you can gift up to 10k before the whales and DSP would have to declare it.

I remember right at the end of the bankruptcy hearing someone played the "why am I poisoned? why am I toxic?!" clip and you can hear Rochelle and/or Nancy start chuckling, I was thinking that Dave must be fucking seething in that office with Rochelle lmao

Best part of the whole thing imo (next to Yacht Guy of course).

Her credibility would be wrecked? She would suddenly be the most sought-after bankruptcy lawyer in the area if the public knew what her client got away with.

At around 5K its taxed. "Gifts" under that don't need to be listed. EdIt: my bad Pepper Jack they raised the limit...apologizes. Looks like its 15K now. Fuck i'm old.

As far as I know the giver is the one taxed. If OIC is worried about getting taxed because he gives more than $15k to DSP he could start giving to the wife after he hits $15k

Clients will want her but any professional dealings will be scrutinized by people like Nancy or Judges. Things like this would stick to her for awhile once found out.

That whole process will be slowed down and everything will be looked at and asked for. Those clients giddy to get her would probably rather sit through dental work without anesthesia than constantly go back and forth with Rochelle and auditors/judges.

No, sorry to burst your bubble but the justice system is fundamentally broken. It's not the defense lawyers fault that she did her job advocating for her client. She did exactly what she was supposed to do.

You mean like Rochelle not asking for answers to the bankruptcy questions/paperwork? How many amendments were there? She didn't do her "job"

Apparently she knew what she was doing since her client got away with ludicrous bankruptcy fraud, that's all I'm saying. Nobody, and I mean nobody who looked at this case thought he would skate yet here we are.

EDIT: if you're looking for someone to blame then go after the creditors who didn't complain not his lawyer.

But was she doing her "job" as a professional? Yeah she got him off but by helping him withhold how much until questioned? She would've been wiser to turn the case down after Dave didn't give reasonable information

I think it skated by because none of the people who he owed money to cared. The only group that wanted their money was MidFirst and they're getting it. If none of the people owed money care why should the trustee not let it skate through.
