This new vest is just a ploy to send the platinum vest to banworld forever, right? His previous attempts to get rid of the plat failed because they didn't look as stupid, but he really hates it because it's so heavy and hot to wear in the summer. Phil is a sad boi impulse buyer though and think all those letters and email to him have gone unread but he knows because he reads KF more than every few months lol. If Phil wasn't the type to buy things or spend especially when he's down, I'd fully be on board. There's a chance he escapes unscathed but MidFirst really seems to need that money....they really do. It's a toss up for me. I do think they have a very good chance of recouping lawyer fees.

ok I was kinda wrong, I didn't read the entire court documents. A woman did kill herself but it was over a relationship with a male supervisor and it's alleged a co-work had a pic of her vag. Activision is disputing this relates to the harrasment suit.
So he was kinda right about this but in usual DSP fashion took a grain of truth and blew it up into something over dramatic and highly exaggerated. Can't 100% blame him I'm sure the mention of a suicide in the court documents made games journalists go "OMG! If there's no context imagine the clicks we'll get, THE CLICKS!"
I highly doubt he read the documents, because there's a lot of questionable shit in there even he would notice. A lot of things that seem like ActiBlizz while not innocent is being used as a example. Somethings that seem very relatable to DSP, it's not that women who were passed up for promotion were bad it's that they were women and thats the only reason. You know how his bosses always had it out for him. He also isn't the type to not mention the "Cosby Suite" which the documents misspelled Crosby...but that's not important and getting OT
