Accurate

That's exactly what this is. A comparison to Vordrak was made in the previous page of the thread, Pat is just as deranged as Vordrak but has yet to get the location of any of his detractors. Pat also owns many guns so I doubt he would bother with anonymous bomb threats, he'd instead try and do to Quasi what those Tranny-hotline idiots did to Null.

The sheer amount of money it would take to subpoena Verizon, Comcast, Charter, Frontier, AT&T, etc. just to find out which account had access to what IP at that exact time would cost the Abomination of Wisconsin hundreds of thousands of dollars. These giant companies have more lawyers than Fucktrick has eaten HoHo's in his entire miserable life. They do not want to be dragged to court, they do not want to identify customer data, they do not want anything at all to do with this type of work as it requires work by their staff that is already putting out fires elsewhere to spend the 20min to run a script querying a database that MAYBE has that IP in their logs unless they deleted it.

The telecom industry will tell this cross between Vincent D'Onofrio and Quasimodo to go pound sand and come back with more evidence and court orders before they will lift a fucking finger. See how long Cox has been dragging out a DMCA case that may cost them billions, they can do the same to anyone else except the federal government, then the telecoms will bend over and let Uncle Sam rail them like a cheap lot lizard next to Waffle House.

I expect Fatrick would set off on his revenge quest wearing diapers and with a tight timeline like that crazy NASA lady only to get distracted as soon as he passed a Golden Corral where he would proceed to eat himself into a coma. He couldn't even confront the dude coming onto his wife right in front of him. I'm so glad there is evidence of that night and it will survive long after Pat suck starts his retarded meme rifle.

They're generally okay about it if you acted quickly, as in within a few days, and you're asking for fresh information. They care sweet fuck-all about customer information. If they have to go through tape backups or whatever the fuck they use now for long-term storage (to comply with whatever federal requirements they have), they're not interested.

Bit off topic. Doesn't matter what we currently use for long term storage solutions. What matters is if we're still using it 10-20 years down the road.

By long-term, I mean in terms of what people are asking for. Nobody is going to be interested in someone's IP address from 20 years ago. Nobody is going to subpoena that. But if you're sending out subpoenas for someone's dynamic IP address from 3 years ago they are going to drag their feet. No way they have that at their fingertips.

this brief mostly argues that the subpoena can't be quashed because the owner's identity is essential to discovery, not that he's necessarily the guilty john doe. what would he have besides IP addresses? it's not an irl clubhouse. also it seems like section 230 protection directly refutes a lot of these assertions but I'm not a lawyer.

It would seem to be essential based on the Civil Conspiracy charge, but this most recent filing only speaks to the allegedly defamatory post referenced on lines 6-11 of page 3 and the content of certain of the reviews being attributed to users of OnA.

He doesn't even have IP addresses (until recently at least), also he doesn't need to be identified to have that information requested from him, ALSO he has already cooperated with Fat's lawyers in terms of handing over relevant information, so that argument is null and void

Double-post, but Pat had a meltdown on twitter today:

So far, whether online or in the lawsuit, he has not supplied any evidence or police reports which support the claim that he was swatted.

Again, no evidence of rape threats, false reports to police, impersonation of police, or vandalism has ever been provided. Someone threw pepperoni on the sidewalk outside his house, which I guess Pat is counting as trespassing.

Topped off with some lies about Kiwifarms and the Near nonsense. This all coming from a self described internet firebrand who stated that his harassers work for him and have no impact on his life, and has also publicly called for violence against Trump supporters (especially women).

I guess this means that the lawsuit is progressing well.

"making our own recourse" lol. If paying mediocre lawyers a ton of money to fight to keep a hopeless lolsuit going is recourse I guess. Any bets on how he will cope when the suit is thrown out like an old piece of lunch meat on his doorstep? Also the fact that he's abusing the legal system to get dox on people is ironic, given his long history of threats of violence against women and minorities one could make the case that disclosing identifying information to him would be putting innocent people at risk.

"how is there no recourse?" bc crimes usually have to be real for the police to get involved. ass status = turbo blasted.

pat is a lawyer's wet dream. imo he is going to spend everything he has tilting at windmills.

Who would want to rape his wife? The line up from the bulls would be worse than a line up at the DMV. No one has time for that.

Could this fat fuck be any more histrionic of a little bitch? Christ, the hysterical screeching is off the charts.

He unironically should, it's weird to claim thousands in emotional damage and ruined reputation and then immediately go to the tough guy Pat persona and deny it bothers him. Talk about getting cucked, how much fat shaming hurts, about panic attacks anytime he smells deli meat, let his ego go. Not like his followers would mind, they're mostly histrionic little grifter bitches themselves.

And that rape thing came from the legendary r/autism thread, Patrick replied to what I can only assume was a gentlemen of color with "No child, you didn't fart in my wife's vagina." and then speculated the post itself was a sexual assault, since Big Niki wouldn't consent to a cyberstalker soiling her barren womb. Wonder if he made Resto archive, file and bill him for that vital piece of evidence.

Pat will cope by lying to himself, like he always does. For years now he has stated that anyone who talked badly of him on the internet are subject to a criminal investigation by the police. He continues to parrot this even when unable to provide any evidence that such an investigation exists. Once the lawsuit is tossed, he'll continue to talk about it like it still exists as well.

In other news, Pat tweeted a long drunken rant about Tucker Carlson today. I won't post it all here, as it is indistinguishable from the rest of the left-wing twitter rabble. But a particular part stood out:

I could write many words detailing every instance of hypocrisy and irony, but I'll let you all just enjoy it for yourselves.

Odd, Tucker has a BA in History. He was also on MSNBC, CNN, and PBS before going to Fox and The Daily Caller. The book he wrote in 2003 sold more copies than all of Patrick's novels combined (pretty good for a guy who's dyslexic). He's still married to his first wife, still get's to see his children. He no longer drinks and hasn't for almost two decades.

I have to say Patrick, Tucker has done more in his life than you have.
