If you don't know already, Sophie Long is the little girl who basically accused her step father of sexual assault and rape (while her mother watched) and got called a liar by her grandmother.
A thread about it was made last year and can be found here:
Well, since then, we've had nothing but failings from both parents.

Kelly Long, despite being "silent" has a rapid PR firm that rallies Karens to fight for her honor. This includes attacks on Michael Long's GFM, while basically running her own trust fund on said PR firm's website (which I'm sure someone will link and I can edit that in when they do.)

Michael Long, getting incredibly cocky because of the GFM and the video that basically started all this off, decided to have an affair (allegedly) while still with his then-current wife.

Now you're caught up with the past drama, it's now time to the drama of the month!

Basically, a screeching of Karens (one of which is Karen Marie Yax, who has an account here. Say "Hi" to @MrsBobMarley) decided to attack fellow Kiwi, @Ken Jennings, when he decided to go through the court documents that he legally obtained from the county court offices in Texas. The attacks included him getting a very fraudulent cease and desist that claimed the case was "sealed" (Spoiler: it isn't.)

So, he complied with said C&D during the stream and didn't cover anything in the email. As a "reward," the Karens called his work and got him fired. There's a lot of theories on how the Karens got his work info (from a mod that was in Michael Long's Facebook group to Kelly Long's Lawyer,) but the result is pretty concrete: Ken got unfairly canned by a scared employer.

Here's the C&D that the lawyer sent (or, at least, a copy of it sent to another KFarmer, @Spectre_06. Here's a SS of it:

Ken previously received a cease and desist from Kelly Long's attorney, telling him not to talk about a petition for a Writ of Mandamus filed by Michael Long, the father in the case as the petition was under seal, and so he shouldn't have access to it. She also said if he didn't delete the petition and anything associated with it (court transcripts and the like) he could face legal repercussions, which is a bald-faced lie as hypothetically, Ken would have done nothing illegal to get it, and more to the point he lives in Florida and this is happening in Texas, and thus the court has no jurisdiction over him. Ken didn't have access to the writ and so couldn't cover it. He did, however, have access to several other documents. In theory, Ken was doxed by the attorney, having requested the information of everyone who purchased the court documents over the past year. Ken's name would have been in there, and she provided it to at least her client. Right now, the thinking is that Kelly Long herself shares an account with an individual named Angela Mick, and she would have passed the information to her friends, leading to where we are. That is an at best scenario for the attorney, as it provides the least likely possibility of an ethics complaint having an effect on her if Ken decides to file one. If it turns out she provided it to others, then shit gets real. In theory. However, I also have to question the plausibility of this, since the e-mail refers to him as "Ken Jennings" and not by name. Unless his name actually is Ken Jennings, I don't know what's going on there.

At the moment, only one person has been confirmed to have called Ken's phone, as well as his job to get him fired. According to Ken, there were multiple people who called, and he believes there was more than one e-mail, but he only saw one. This was accomplished via major lies, to include insinuating he's a pedophile. All Ken did was talk about the Sophie Long case and read some court documents, but he did it in a way that was neutral to the parents involved. The barren wombs involved in this are pro-Kelly Long, the mother of Sophie whose boyfriend/husband is accused of molesting Sophie. The biological dad has apparently been slandered by another woman he's recently divorced, and since "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned", as well as the vapid vanity of these washed-up hags this means that Michael Long--the father--is lying about what happened. Also, Ken was streaming and these things demanded to be let on as if they were owed it and he refused. According to one of the bimbos, it was this denial of giving them air time that led to them fucking with his job.

So, since they were okay with not only doxing him as well as cheering it on, I'll be returning the favor.

Oh, and by the way: I want to stress this that I was given NAMES and STATES/PROVINCES of these bitches by one of their mutual friends. That friend had a brother who was an Iraq war vet with combat experience, who took his life three years ago because the VA simply medicated him for his PTSD rather than help him. This apparently happened over a five or more year time. She contacted me via Twitter to ask if Ken really had been who he said he was, and when I confirmed it she provided that information. Anything beyond the names and state or province is my own legwork. So that should tell you just how fucked up they are, that their own friends are ratting them out because their actions are so reprehensible.

Further, she's currently being sued by the mother of someone she claims committed suicide, intimating that the mother had something to do with his death. I guess right now, I'm eagerly waiting for when the lawyer responds back to Spectre. My guess she either ghosts him or gets the karens to mobilize.

And thank you to everyone who donated to me, whether through the GFM, my Locals, or my SE Tips page. This was fucking awful to go through. I know I'm not necessarily the most liked person by some people here, but I heard even you guys were mad about what happened and thought it was fucked up. Thank you guys as well. There was a window where I almost lost hope but seeing the support was inspiring to me.

For ppl archiving videos and such, I'll be releasing an OBS screen recorded version of the Part 2 stream in the nearish future (so ppl can't delete chat messages after the fact), if you want it included here. No timeline on that though.

Edit: Corrections for the original post/timeline.

1. Medical Records - I never read any medical records on stream. They also claimed if I requested docs from the court they would've been redacted and I got my documents from the courthouse on a CD and yes, there are unredacted medical records attached to different filings.

2. Doxers - Based on screenshots from my Livestream chat on Monday, certain people have been potentially identifed as responsible parties in my doxing. These will be public at some point, but there is specific information that only I would know or who knew my name and saw the thing in question, that someone hinted at in an earlier in the stream chat. I'm not sure if they have been identified at this point as responsible.

3. Source of Dox - I'm awaiting a source to possibly provide the entire list of records requests. This will narrow down if the dox was shared before the sealing (unknowingly) or by a party to the case after the sealing. Either way, it's still very sus to me the attorney's C&D, Kelly Long in chat, the info being released that fast, and allegedly the person who called me, my work, and sent the email complaint being a close friend of Kelly's. Again can't confirm but that's what I've been told by others.

Also I haven't shared my GFM link or anything here because I didn't know if it would be appropriate or not, or if it came off as grifting, etc... If people want it here I'll share it but I don't wanna overstep is all.

Elssa didn’t steal the medical documents Ken had. Those were unsealed and requested by multiple people aka Krissy Mims a YouTube who recently deleted her channel. As far as any other documents after they custody case was sealed Elssa may very well have. Like i said before Elssa is a Kelly supporter and Michael is well aware of it. She’s released dick pics that were a bit bumpy if you get my meaning. Originally it was Michael’s supporters who doxed harassed and calling places of employment. Then when that drama died down some listed kept the drama and dozing going on everyone. Also as far as i understand Kelly was also placed under a gag order when Michael was. There were a few different ones but it was mainly to stop the harassment by “Sophie’s Army” now it’s just a complete circus

According to Elissa herself, she isn't a Kelly supporter anymore. AT least, from what she said on Nick's discord, she thinks Kelly is milking the situation and Kourtney rode her coat tails. I'm not sure, as there's some holes in her story.

Also, I didn't say she stole medical records from Ken. The texts (that I posted above) make it sound like she took pictures of SL's hospital records and sent them to people. The ones that Michael had in his RV when she was there and he had left the room.

Ken said he might have a line to confirm something, but as of right now, we do not know.

There is a bunch that is unclear and info Ken does not have. If he can get the court records request info and the rest of the e-mails/call-logs from his job, we can nail down a more definite timeline of events.

The theory that the court leaked Ken's dox because he purchased the case documents is very concerning.

I didn't even realize that a request for court records was something that could itself be obtained without something like a court order. Obviously they have the transaction records, but if those contain PII (like the name and phone number of non-parties), they shouldn't just be handed out to the next person who comes along and asks for them. That's kind of fucked up.

The courts are supposed to be open and transparent by default. If actually accessing the court documents opens you up to exposure and harassment by the parties (or to anyone else who wants to contact the court and ask for the dox of everyone who's obtained records about the case), that's a chilling effect on the public's access to the court.

I'm a little skeptical as to whether this is actually what happened. If it did, I don't think it should've happened: I could definitely believe that an unscrupulous attorney (Kelly's) might've contacted the court's clerk and gotten non-public info about who'd purchased records as a "favor," though.

I'm going to speak only from my experience volunteering as a court administrative assistant for one summer for college credit in Massachusetts. This could, obviously, be different in Texas and things could have changed in Massachusetts since my time doing it but I don't believe it would be.

Court purchase records are not available to the public, because it would provide personal information (such as name, address, phone number, etc.) that the public has no need to know. However, an attorney can file a motion to get a copy of purchases in order to determine if someone did something like break a sealing order. Judges usually require the attorney to make the case, though, they can't just go on a fishing expedition, and the one time I saw an attorney do that and then provide that information to their client, which led to someone being harassed the attorney was censured hard. I think he had a two year law license suspension for his actions and a fine of $25,000.

In Massachusetts, the requests for court documents is a government document so you can't lie on it. You have to provide name, address, contact information, etc. though you can use a PO box. These dumb bitches have been saying that he was stupid for using his personal information but he was likely required to, to prevent himself from lying on official government documents. The claim I've seen is that some random schmuck who was associated with Mike Long was able to get ahold of the documents and put the contact information of everyone on it out there, and they had access to it. I don't buy it. I haven't seen proof one way or the other. However, given the fact this lawyer was willing to lie to me in e-mails to try to intimidate me, I believe she had something to do with it, and Kelly Long apparently shares social media accounts with someone named Angela Mick, who is apparently a teacher in New Jersey.

Unless it is just a 'hey!' to the clerk by the attorney. From my experience though, there is a paper trail for almost anything, so they would be able to figure out if the info got to an attorney.
