In some aspects, I can see the similarities. I think where the comparison weakens is that incels (generally) don't have the blind confidence to go out and meet people to rope into relationships. They're also usually creepy and off-putting to women from the get-go due to this lack of confidence and resultant lack of social skills, whereas the bpd chicks can often stave-off their repellent behaviors long enough to at least get into some form of a relationship.
